I made an order and accidentally chose this location. Although it took me 30 minutes to get there. I called and asked for a refund, to which they said that since I paid with a gift card, they do not know how to make a refund. I said that I will come. When I arrived, they said that someone had already taken my order, later that it could not be made. I will never order food here again.

We went in today, on a Sunday at 1 pm. The restaurant was more than half empty. Was waited over 10 minutes for the host to even greet then she went to clean a table and then took the phone call. There was zero manager present and a whole door way full of customers. Horrible experience.

We ordered 2 blta croissants and this is apparently what they think a blta is.. No bacon, no avocado and where is the mayo? For what we paid for this, its ridiculous!

Great place great staff, super clean environment. My burger had mayo on every layer🤮. It’s a bun dressing not an entire burger coating.

Picked up a to go order today at 7:20pm (July 11th) and on my way out of the store my husband, toddler and I heard a manager yelling and swearing at their employee in the back covered “break” area outside. He was yelling obscenities and telling the staff member to get back inside. His yelling was so loud it made us all jump. If this is the kind of managers/leaders Red Robin hire, who yell and swear at their staff, then we do not support this company. This behavior is 100% unacceptable in 2025. Be better, Red Robin. And to that one team member/manager who is yelling and swearing at his staff - you are a terrible leader (you know your staff probably hate you) and you need therapy. You’ll become a better leader once you learn how to manage your emotions.
Super disappointed. I have given this location time and time again to make things right. I have a severe intolerance to gluten and at no other red robin location do I have this issue. Every time I order from here I make sure to state in my order gluten free substitutions, buns,no sauces, no fried items etc. Yet every time I receive my order my food is served on a regular bun, and has items i specifically request not to have on the item regardless. I have been told by staff that they will bring it to me on another bun or scrape it off. Which if anyone was educated on allergies should know that removing something after it has been contaminated is not how it works. I understand that eating out with allergies also has a risk but this chain has given me no problems and has been very safe with allergies with the exception of this location.
DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES AS THEY ARE NOT TAKEN SERIOUSLY BY STAFF.

Its okay, the food tasted fine but my stomach felt like a brick after. I guess if you dont want a case of brick stomach, you wouldn't eat at a place like red Robin.

I was there for a job interview. Had only been in a Red Robin one other time in my life many years ago. I was very hungry and ordered a garden burger to go. After the interview I went home and bit into the burger but couldn't bite through it. I opened it up and the patty was completely flat and black, stiff as hell. Worst money ever spent, and even gave a $9 tip. I had to throw it away. I didn't get the job and thank God! I did get a VERY good job at another place though.
Red Robin certainly did not gain a customer out of me!

When we arrived, we were told to wait to be seated. Another family arrived about 5 minutes later and they were seated right away and in front of us. I then went up to the hostess and she apologized for forgetting about us. Then when we were seated, we noticed crumbs on the booth and no ketchup on the table. When the waitress arrived, she took our food and drink order and we also asked for ketchup. She said she would grab ketchup but forgot. We had to get it from the next empty booth ourselves. We ordered fries in advance and when the fries arrived, there wasn't much. They appear to be skimping on the amount of fries, compared to when I got them in years past. Then when the entrees arrived, the pizza was partially burnt, the BBQ chicken ranch wrap had overcooked chicken and was bland, not enough sauce. The only item that tasted good was the Impossible burger. We then asked for extra fries, but the hostess forgot. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Our family of four went for dinner on a Friday around 6. I understand that can be a busy time, but this experience was bad enough that we won't be going back. Service was slow and non-existent after food did eventually come. No refills on drinks or fries, not even after fries were dropped in my glass when food was handed over to the kids. My husband's burger patty was somehow already in three pieces when it arrived (without the sauce requested). Kids were done with their food while we waited for ours forever. We weren't given crayons with the kid's menus, even after we asked. Left at 7:45 pretty disappointed at spending $80 on a bad dinner.
