When we arrived, we were told to wait to be seated. Another family arrived about 5 minutes later and they were seated right away and in front of us. I then went up to the hostess and she apologized for forgetting about us. Then when we were seated, we noticed crumbs on the booth and no ketchup on the table. When the waitress arrived, she took our food and drink order and we also asked for ketchup. She said she would grab ketchup but forgot. We had to get it from the next empty booth ourselves. We ordered fries in advance and when the fries arrived, there wasn't much. They appear to be skimping on the amount of fries, compared to when I got them in years past. Then when the entrees arrived, the pizza was partially burnt, the BBQ chicken ranch wrap had overcooked chicken and was bland, not enough sauce. The only item that tasted good was the Impossible burger. We then asked for extra fries, but the hostess forgot. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Our family of four went for dinner on a Friday around 6. I understand that can be a busy time, but this experience was bad enough that we won't be going back. Service was slow and non-existent after food did eventually come. No refills on drinks or fries, not even after fries were dropped in my glass when food was handed over to the kids. My husband's burger patty was somehow already in three pieces when it arrived (without the sauce requested). Kids were done with their food while we waited for ours forever. We weren't given crayons with the kid's menus, even after we asked. Left at 7:45 pretty disappointed at spending $80 on a bad dinner.

I've never seen a restraunt have such nasty dirty looking silverware!!!! And the bathrooms toilet seats are disgusting!!!!

Order a whiskey river BBQ burger and they didn't put any bbq sauce on it lol. The fish I ordered wasn't even cooked all the way. When I called back to get a refund and talk to a manager I was asked to call back later

Ordered deliver, not for the first time, but this time was probably the worst experience ever. We had two burgers in our order one with a fried egg and one without. The one with the fried egg had half of the eggshell on the burger as well as a few shell pieces throughout. Somehow the mushroom burger without an egg also had egg shells all throughout the burger.
This was unacceptable I will not be ordering from here again. The only reason it’s two stars is because at least the fries were good and hot.
I was able to get a refund but that doesn’t make up for the experience in the slightest.

We usually have good experiences with Red Robin. This one was weird. Food was good as usual but our Waitress was lacking with attentiveness. At the end, she told us if she got anything lower than 5 stars that her hours would be cut. I chose not to rate the experience on their tablets. Service was not great but I also didn't want to be the reason some gal had her hours cut and possibly struggled to feed her kids that month.

This is a reasonable price dine place with allergen friendly options. Koodo's to Ken when my daughter soilled water and, he quickly cleaned up the mess. Give this guy a, raise for dealing with another loud talkative customer that constantly had this poor guy on his toes.

My family tried dining here in December. While I understand, as someone who worked in retail and restaurants for many years, that December is an incredibly busy time of year, that's really no excuse for the lack of service we received at this restaurant. We walked in and waited at the hostess stand for at least five minutes, but no one ever greeted us, including the handful of servers who walked by purposefully not looking at the crowd in the vestibule (there were several other parties waiting, and who knows who had been there the longest).
We were fine leaving the restaurant, since the smell in it was musty and reeked of buckets of old bleach water (IYKYK). Won't be back.

Our server was Emilio. He right off the bat threw me off with taking our drink order (party of 9) with not writing down anything. Being in the food service industry, I thought give him a chance. Sure enough he missed 4/5 childrens drinks. Which we then waited 10 more minutes for. It gets better. He then proceeds to take our food order without noting a single thing! We had many modifications and dietary needs. I even asked him you got all that? He laughed and walked away. About 20 minutes later 3/9 dishes came out. Then about 15 minutes went by and 2 more dishes came out. He then comes over and has the audacity to ask if we’d like to go boxes. One of us said we haven’t got the rest of our order. We’re pretty upset but still patient at this point. And then finally 2 more came about 5 minutes later. If you’ve counted that is 7/9 dishes. He had forgotten 2 plates of food with one for a child. I had to hunt him down and tell him and he said oh yea I’ll grab those. No they waited even longer when everyone was almost finished completely. Given the food wasn’t that great. It was okay the kids were hungry so they ate most of all of their food. The whiskey river wrap was disgusting my sister couldn’t even take 2 bites of it. We had had it at this point. Not to mention no napkins, no check ins after the food was served by his coworkers, no refills nothing….we finally got the manager who was ever so kind to take care of half the bill for us and give us free dessert coupons. Which we won’t be back for to use. If you want good service, good food and good atmosphere go across the street to chik fil a.

Server lacked customer service, didn’t come and check on drinks or even bring napkins. Forgot to put food in, all the food came out at different times, half the food was not edible … over all experience terrible.
