This place is terrible now! Service was friendly yet so slow despite very few customers. Server took probably five minutes to greet us despite being passed by at least 10 to 15 times by others. Burgers had NO pink, not even close, so no clue why they even ask. Burgers took quite a while based on past visits. Server did follow up once. I asked for a small reorder of fries. That took forever and small it was, about ten fries, mostly the small tint pieces. It's was time to leave! Oh, no ink in the printer for the receipt.Ten years ago this location would have had a wait at 7pm on a Wednesday. Maybe 20 people max in there. I like the fries for some reason but will most likely avoid that location as it always sucks with service.

I just adore the tchotchkes and the kids feel welcomed and at home, bottomless fries?? Sign me up as long as I have the seasoning I can pore on liberally, and don't get me started about the slidders and the great burger selection and brews something for everyone.

We placed an order for a southwest chicken salad. It was missing the jalepeno coins, black beans, tortilla strips, and lime. Dressing was very minimal and not on the side as advertised. We also ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich which had bacon on it but no swiss cheese. It was delivered a half hour late so it was cold.
