I came into this establishment expecting to order a homemade potato salad, and my usual turkey with provolone sandwich. To my dismay they no longer made homemade potato’s salads and discontinued my sandwich choice a few years ago! So I ordered something close to what I enjoyed eating there, and it was NOTHING like what I am used to eating and ordering. The same with the other half’s sandwhich, he will eat anything and he refused to even finish his roast beef and sharp cheddar sandwich. Pretty darn disappointed. The only things that I can praise this establishment for, is how incredibly nice and understanding the owner/front cashier lady was. She refunded both sandwiches and gave us our cash back! We spent $33.90 there, that’s a lot of money to be spending on something that you did not get to enjoy! 5 stars for Service. 3 Stars for Overall Rating. 1 star for atmosphere, because it was boring. 1 Star for food because it was gross!

We visited Red Rocks Subs on a quick family vacation and we loved our sandwiches! We had a big group and they were so accommodating. They were also very fast! We had our food in under 10 minutes. All in all, it was a great place to get a quick bite and we’d love to go back next time we’re in the Seattle area!

This used to be our favorite local sub shop. Went almost weekly and everything about it was perfection ! The bread was one of the highlights along with amazing selections. We moved from the area and went back (so excited) but unfortunately this is a completely different shop. It’s so sad !! I was honestly shocked that we were being served Costco hoagies for an insane price. Only one chip option and shelves were scarce. Both of our sandwiches were supposed to be served hot (which we double checked as I’m pregnant and am avoiding cold deli meat). Both meat on sandwiches were cold. We will not return and no longer recommend to others. If the owners care and see this, I HIGHLY recommend you revert your store bought bread to partnering with a local bakery. Seems this is a continuous complaint from customers. Especially for your prices.

Really good subs. They have indoor seating as well as a nice outdoor section. Friendly and fast service.

Sadly, Subs that rock no more. I used to enjoy this place for their artiesian homemade quality sandwiches. New ownership kept the high prices $15-27 per sandwich and and slashed the Quality. If you want a Costco style buy in bulk hogie sandwich go here. Only upside is the new coat of paint and the friendly service. Can't say I'll be going back.

First time eating here in a long time. Wasn't as good as I remember. Staff was friendly.
Not sure about the food.
But I when I saw there were no customers I asked if I could tell him about a new food app. He could have said no, but he said sure.
5 seconds into me speaking he cuts me off aggressively telling me to leave his property. The owner is very rude and will never get my business (as a customer) going forward.
Feel free to listen to other positive reviews. I personally had a negative experience with the owner that is worth sharing
Vegan Veggie is delicious! Especially that Vegan Garlic Mayo!
Thank you!!
Great place to grab a sandwich. Very high-quality ingredients.
Really good sandwiches!! Not a long wait either
