Rustic Cork at The Port is a cozy and comfortable restaurant on the Everett waterfront, a great addition to the boardwalk and marina. The ambiance is cozy, perfect for a date night, a late afternoon get-together, or simply to watch the sunset. The staff is very friendly, wonderful, super-attentive, kind, and approachable, providing great service.
The food is tasty, versatile with vegan options, and equally great. Specific items include the Cuban and Pesto bruschetta flat bread, caprese salad, bread and oil, bruschetta, truffle mushroom flatbread, and baked feta. The truffle mushroom flatbread is a favorite. Desserts like cheesecake are visually appealing. The wine selection is fantastic, with smooth and wonderful wines like a dry riesling. Drink specials include the Berry Basil Sangria and berry sangria.
It is a great place for corporate parties, bridal showers, and baby showers in the upstairs room overlooking the marina. Fun trivia nights are held on Tuesdays. The restaurant has many local initiatives and is a wonderful place to stop for a bite and a glass of wine.
