Sonic double bacon cheeseburger was deliscious!. The bacon was so crispy..
I can' t wait to try out all their food!. The server were polite but not fake..I like it...Order took about 7 minutes.Tasted fresh!..

The food is great but the car runners always seem chronically depressed, which i get it cuz fast food sucks with lack of pay but maybe take that as a note towards the management who won't give them a raise

This particular Sonic is a waste of time and money. I've been to Sonics all over the U.S., and this by far is the worst.

The food was about a 2.5 to 3 rating. Our burgers were just OK - nothing special. The tots and fries were stone cold (the tots were so light in color that I questioned whether they were even cooked).

The service was a 00.000001 out of 5. We were in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes. It wasn't busy there. Three cars parked in the drive up, and two cars ahead of us in drive-thru. For the time it took, we could have gone to a sit-down restaurant and had better food for our money & time.

The employee at the window never said a word to us - not even to tell us our total. She handed us half a wrong order, and when we caught her attention to it, she scowled at us like it was her fault. Never once did she say thank you.

Lost our business. Will never go back. Will never recommend.

Honestly the most disappointing Sonic experience ever. The person bringing my food made eye contact and said nothing. I cheerfully said thank you twice and parted with "have a nice day," but there was zero comment and just an angry glare. They also only brought part of the food. The cherry limeade was not the one I remember. They gave me sprite with cherries and probably cherry sauce or grenadine. That's a Shirley Temple. Sonic used to actually use lime juice to flavor it. All the employees looked miserable. I mean, don't so many of us when we work? Still, this was awful; they appeared positively miserable. Might give it one more shot another time. Might not.

Got an Uber order they gave the driver some random drink not my shake that I paid for extra toppings in it and literally they gave the smallest portion of chili tots which weren't even tots they gave me fries when i ordered tots. The burger looked like it was tossed together by a blind person.

Never ordering from here again. Ever. I feel insulted with how little the staff seem to care about doing the most basic of things. I wish Google Reviews would let me post the pictures of what I got.

Ordered a Cherry Limeade and an M&M Sonic blast. The Limeade was missing entirely, and the blast was soft serve ice cream dropped into a cup with a handful of M&M's sprinkled on top. Its supposed to be mixed. It's what makes a Sonic Blast a Sonic blast, but the lazy, slow staff they hire here couldn't be bothered to use the machine that literally does the work for them.

I have given this location chance after chance and every time, it's been irredeemable. Last time I ordered one of the Smash burgers and it was the saltiest, most foul thing that has ever dared to call itself a burger.

Normally I physically drive in. Tonight I was wrapped up in a college assignment so I had to get it through Uber Eats. That's why I didn't catch the missing item until it was too late.

I'm going to be real here. I'm livid. Like I'm taking time away from my assignment just to write this review and I'm half tempted to drive down there with this pathetic excuse for a Sonic Blast and yell at someone bro. On God.

I see the store responds to a lot of negative reviews with the same copy-paste response about "elevating it to the franchise owner." Forget that. Fire everyone. You have had complaint after complaint after complaint for as long as the reviews go back and nothing has changed. If this is how this franchise is going to represent your brand, it's time to end your partnership and shutter the location.

As many others have mentioned, they seem to have a quality issue here. I ordered a Super Sonic Breakfast Burrito, tots, and iced coffee at the drive-thru. The tots were warm, but chewy like they'd been under the warmer for a while. I only saw one guy working and although he had a pleasant demeanor, he was in no hurry. I think I was waiting at the window for 5 minutes. That'd be understandable if they were waiting on fresh tots, but clearly they were not and there were only 3 other customers from what I could see. The burrito was thrown together haphazardly with eggs spilling all over when I opened the wrapper. The cheese inside was not melted at all and tasted like I was just eating a solid square of American cheese.

It seems that they may be understaffed/undertrained at this location. The warm old tots suggest that he made a large quantity a while ago to always have available. The sloppy burrito with unmelted cheese seems like it was quickly thrown together by someone who doesn't know how to properly create a burrito.

Sonic is one of my favorite franchises and it's a shame to see its reputation ruined like this. I really hope Corporate sends someone to put things in order. Franchise owners should have a responsibility to not harm the franchise name.
