Absolutely the worst.
I waited for **over an hour** and they still didn’t bring out my food.
By the time I finally got it, the burger was soggy and the ice in the slush had completely melted.
The service is unbelievably slow, the ordering system is a complete disaster, and the staff clearly doesn’t care.
This is by far the worst fast food place I’ve ever been to.
I will never come back here and I will never use Sonic again.

I just placed an order in one of their stalls at this location and waited 30 minutes for my food before finally going in and confronting them and they told me that they gave someone else my wrong order and so that they were going to re-ring me up and have me pay at this point after all this waited time due to their mistake they should have given me my order for free. Huge waste of time horrible management will no longer be going here.

Horrible experience, they “shut the machines” off early and refuse to service anyone that doesn’t come an hour before closing. I’ve worked fast food before and you’re not supposed to shut the machines off until AFTER close. The manager is extremely rude and condescending as well.

absolutely the worst service I've ever received from any fast food...make that anywhere. No apologies for not getting us our food for over 57 minutes. Yep you read that right 57 minutes. We parked and ordered, after ordering a couple of employees left, walked to their car parked in the mobile order area and left. We figured maybe a 20 minute wait as the drive thru was busy, nope, nothing. We pressed the red button to get assistance and we were told that the pull up area was closed, we tried to let her know that we never received our order, when doing so she said someone would be right there. Another 13 minutes went by. Nothing. A guy brought us most of our food. Cold. Slushy melted. We told the guy we were missing a shake and some other food, he said he'd be right back. 18 minutes later we get our shake.
This isn't unusual for this place. Just a completely horrible place to ever pick up. Reviews of this place are horrible, listen to them. Whole location should be flipped.

Parked in a stall, waited for about 15 mins even had staff walk passed me before someone finally awnsered and said drive through only, why couldn’t the employee bringing food out say that????

The service is very slow, the people look like they hate their jobs and the three times we’ve been there our orders were wrong. The most recent time they said they’d remake it. Ten minutes later we had to buzz them again because they forgot. One of the problems was we ordered sweet tea and got unsweetened, they fixed it by adding a bunch of chunky sugar. Horrible.

Everett Sonic. Drive thru line was out to the road. Trash everywhere, trash cans over flowing, line moved very slow. Asked for fries twice and didn't get them. I get more than likely they are mostly teenagers working and it's not their dream job. Needs to managed better. We will pass if ever back in that area.

It seems every time I go to sonic to get a slushy the machines are down. I don't think they are down but rather the staff doesn't want to wait to clean the machine at the end of the night. If you are open until 11 or midnight and you are known for your slushies why would you take them down before closing? I am not sure I will be giving you my money any longer. One time I get but when you get the same answer multiple times at the same location, there is something wrong.
I was given food poisoning, given the wrong order, had to wait an hour for food I ordered through the website and it wasn't the right order. If I want Sonic I have to go to Maryville to actually get service. Pathetic and I talked to Lisa each time and nothing has changed.

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I got there today before 11pm I was trying to order through the kiosk, but no one answered. There was another lady trying to order, but they told her they were closed for the night. I had to call to get helped.I waited around 15 minutes until I got my food :/

Ordered on the app and parked and waited for my food, 15 minutes later i walk to the door to find it locked and there is nobody even in the building working when they are supposed to be open. Had to call my bank to get my money back.

slushies tasted like cleaner
Stood there for fifteen minutes, couldn't even put it in an order. Nobody would help me. A guy answered the intercom, and then took the mic off and just set it aside. Said he'd be back, never came back.

We order a lot and they give us what we want. Very bad service, and they still get angry if you correct them. I ordered a cheeseburger and they gave it to me without cheese. What kind of logic is that? The place is disgusting😤
