Didn't actually get to experience the service here. The lot was packed at 2pm. All car stalls were full, and half of the cars in them were empty. We got in line for the drive through, waited for 10 minutes, and the line never moved, so we left.

Great burgers and fries, but my favorite thing to order is the strawberry banana milkshake. I like that they use styrofoam cups for drinks and shakes, keeping it nice and cold or frozen much longer than the typical cup. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the service was at the drive thru. Even with several cars in front of me there was very little wait time.

Went for dinner and got a black out slush float. It's supposed to come with solar eclipse glasses. Coming to find out this location sells the drink but does not have the glasses. If your not going to have a product that comes with. Then you should not sell said product. To Me that's miss leading.

Very few places can manage to forget the item you up charged and managed to not only present a burnt crunchy burger, but have it taste closer to cardboard than food. The slushies are worth the money but avoid the burgers, as their Cooks don't seem to care

I’ve been waiting an hour and still no food

Ordered a simple breakfast burrito and mozzarella sticks (with marinara!) with an m&m blast with added cookie dough and whipped cream. What did I receive? A bbq chicken tender wrap, mozzarella sticks with no marinara, and an m&m blast with about 4 m&ms on top, 3 pieces of cookie dough, and NO whip. I decided to take the loss on the blast and the marinara, but to give me a completely different food item is ridiculous. So I told them they gave me the wrong item, told them what it was supposed to be, and they said they’d bring it out. About ten minutes later, they bring me a COMPLETELY different wrap again!!!! With no apology or anything. I was so excited to have a sonic in my area, but this place SUCKS

The employees lack customer service skills. Is that not part of their training with Sonics? Rude and short while taking the order via the menu screen. Then take your money with less than a few words, no smile, nothing friendly. Pass your bag and drink out the window, barely words spoken. What's that all about? The new customer retention program? Not the first time, at least it's a 'consistent' lack of customer service.

Growing up in West Texas, there were seemingly Sonics every other corner and the food was typically good and the service excellent. When you come to this location and you can catch a good crew, the service is relatively fast, and the food is typically similar to what you get across Sonic locations. Unfortunately, it seems to happen more often that you get rough and inhospitable service from the car hops and stall-answerers and the service varies wildy in speed. I've been here and ordered and received food in 10 minutes before, but today it took them 35 minutes to get food out and it was cold. The car hop had another on the tray and not only was I expected to take my food off the tray, I had to tell him the blast or milkshake wasn't mine. He didn't know the orders or where they went and I'm sure if I had taken it, he wouldn't have noticed. Also, I had to push stall button again and talk to someone to prompt them to bring my food out. From what I can guess, it probably got made and then left sitting and just missed by the car hops. You'd think that there would be a policy about serving cold food or food that's been sitting for 20+ mins, but I'm not certain. Considering all of this, I would just be prepared for varying levels of service and to just hit the red button if they're taking longer than 15 minutes. Sonic is a fast food joint and this location even has a drive-thru - there's almost no reason any order should take longer than 15 minutes from exiting the fryer to getting to your car.Edit: I did get a blast because they had a turtle flavor that was new to me and you can't really mess up ice cream. The ice cream was good, the car hop who brought it out was very fast and pleasant, but it was literally toppings on top of a medium cup full of vanilla ice cream. I can tell that they did not put it through the mixer as they are supposed to. It looks like it's a cup full of ice cream with toppings rather than being a cup full of ice cream mixed with candy and crunch pieces with extras on top. Quite disappointing to pay $5 for what is essentially a huge cup of soft serve with a few candy pieces on top. Still tastes good, just certainly not what you'd get at a different location in any other state.Parking: Maybe 10 drive-up stalls and a tight drive-thru lane. They don't seem to be terribly busy at the stalls like any time I've been here, though.

The wait was way too long, and I ordered a small strawberry limeade and it was 4 something. I will try Marysville next time.

Sonic food is delicious. However, four visits in a row and either order items are missing, or wrong altogether. Not to mention the last time we went. The entire grill was down. It seems like there's always something odd going on with the restraunt itself or the service.

I don't waist my time making reviews because I have better things to do with my time and I've also worked in the food industry most of my life and in fast food the employees are underpaid overworked and unappreciated and not respected by the public so you gotta make a real impression on me that's really good or really bad in order for me to make a complaint so here it is : first of all I was really looking forward to sonic comming to this area the commercials are so misleading as advertising all this good food at really low prices and that is not the case the food isn't that great and never seen any of those cheap deals at any locations in my area and second of all this location in particular is pretty bad long wait times during dead times and mediocre food for a high price it's right up the street from my house but I won't bother getting food from there I do like there sonic blasts and it's the only thing I will order from there even though they barely put any toppings on it it's still really good soft served icecream I buy around two per my boyfriend enjoys them as well but after the one we got tonight I doubt we will ever get one from there again usually for the large it costs 7 dollars and normally it's filled up pretty high but today we got skimped it was barely full and in the middle was kind of hollow very disappointing and when you call this location it goes to a fax after the first ring in addition to this we had been in the drive through another time recently and we ordered two of the doggie whip cups for our dogs they were 70 cents per cup and they were just whip cream In a dipping sauce cup like if you asked for a side of ranch that was the size of the cups somthing most places would have just giving you for free when my boyfriend commented the lady told us they were out of the regular cups they normally come in and my boyfriend asked to just get the money back and he was really nice and even apologized and she didn't say one word to us even as we left kind of unprofessional and uncomfortable to say the least and just to be clear these incidences were at night and I know first hand when working in fast food that usually it's a completely different experience depending on the people who are working and that goes for everything meaning the customer service and quality of food my suggestion is to hire at least one person you can trust and is responsible (an adult ) who will over see whats happening during the night time because clearly these kids need a babysitter and the bad star rating and complaints against this place can't be good for business also it's not good business practice to have the only phone going right to the fax machine not cool at all people need to be able to talk with some one when they are missing items from there orders because it is an inconvenience to have to drive back to pick the stuff up that same night so at least if they can deal with it on the phone they could pick it up at there convenience and you probably wouldn't have as many bad reviews people don't like to feel like they been ripped off and when they can't speak with anyone they will feel like they have been burned!!!
