Love their coffee! It’s never sickeningly sweet. They have such quality baked goods and sandwiches. Their bagels are some of the best I’ve ever had. Their dining area is really small and chairs aren’t the most comfortable so this is a take out spot for me. Their service isn’t anything spectacular but not bad either.

We’re trying to find a good meetup spot—ideally somewhere walkable with food options. We’re coming from the south and meeting a friend north of Everett. Our usual pick is a breakfast sandwich with egg, sausage, and cheese—similar to Starbucks’ bacon and Gouda, but at more than double the cost of Starbucks. That said, I still prefer Starbucks for the flavor and quality of the bread.
Note on my rating scale: Sharing this for transparency, as I recognize that a 3-star review may be misinterpreted as reflecting a mediocre experience.
5 stars – Exceptional: Outstanding food, service, and/or overall experience. Truly worth going out of your way for. (For example, we frequently make the drive from San Antonio to Austin just for Uchi.)
4 stars – Very Good: Exceeds expectations in quality, service, or ambiance.
3 stars – Good: A solid experience that meets expectations. I consider any place with 3 stars or above worthy of a return visit.
2 stars – Disappointing: Falls short in food quality or service.
1 star – Poor: Not recommended.

This place is pretty great. Best bakes good in town I'd say and the location is wonderful. Only complaint I have is the service. Folks are nice enough but it seems like they could move a little faster or maybe have a better process. Multiple times I've been there is a line out the door and it takes 15-20+ minutes to order. When I was in food service and it was busy, people hustled. Alas, that does not seem to be the mindset anymore. The folks move at a snails pace. I've had to leave before when I didn't have time to wait and when the weather turns bad people won't want to wait outside either. If it was me and I wanted more sales, I would encourage a bit more hustle when its busy. Even just the perception of hustle would go a long ways towards creating a better customer experience.

My husband and I finally checked this place out and we will definitely be coming back! I was hoping they’d have a vegan pastry and they did! A triple berry coffee cake. It was HUGE and very delicious. As a vegan I really hope they do more vegan pastries in the future! I was also so excited when I saw they had a dairy free chocolate syrup so that we could make a vegan mocha with alternative milk. I’ve never had a mocha since going vegan and it was very yummy. Not super sweet which was fine for me. Give this place a try! It’s right along the marina and the line was quickly out the door so it’s definitely a popular place! Excited to have a local coffee shop that’s vegan friendly and close by 😊

Such a perfect location and use of the space, with an outdoor patio that you can access from the shop the food was best home baked I’ve had in quite a while great coffee too!

Very limited selection of baked goods. We got the peach danish, which was super tasty! Smooth cheese inside, subtly sweet, and nicely frosted.
Sandwiches were pretty flavorless. The veggie sandwich had visibly unripe tomatoes and a soggy piece of lettuce. I was also disappointed by how small and thin the vegan sausage patty was. The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit lacked flavor and was unpleasantly dense.
Highlight of the experience was the nice seating and view.

Coffee was fine, good location and spot to chill. The Pesto Parmesan Snail pastry was soggy and lacked any flavor. The bagel was just wrong on so many levels with cream cheese the consistency of Velveeta.
This baking and coffee shop is out of this world - really well thought out selections!
From classic coffee and bakery items to the more eclectic ones, I’ve never been disappointed.
I do wish they had a few more vegan options but otherwise, no complaints. The service is also impeccable!
