Used to love this place but over the last year they have really gone downhill with the quality of their coffee being made. And I hate to even say that but when we spend that much money on coffee every day of the week you've got to know that's not the place to go.

This is ridiculous. I came on a sunday morning and there are 5 people in the shop. There are about 15 to 20 cars waiting between both sides and i was stuck in line for 25 minutes to get a coffee. There is 2 people on one side, 1 person on the other, 1 person stocking, and another standing around. Now I am late to work. I happened to get the unlucky side I guess, and got the poor lady who is slammed by herself with no help. The other side with 2 people is busting them out. Why is the other lady by herself?? Definitely no teamwork happening in this shop.

Seems like the new baristas here are really killing the reputation this location used to have 😅 they also messed up our order. Didn’t listen to my friend when she requested extra ice and my latte was super milky, barely any vanilla and they gave us dirty cups 😐 when we told them they didn’t really care either

I usually have good experiences here. Sometimes they've messed up a drink (wrong size usually), but it seems like they weren't listening to the original request because they were talking to other employees. I'd rather wait a little longer and have someone be ready to listen to my request, than feel like I'm interrupting something with my order. They aren't rude at all, most are super nice, they're just distracted by each other sometimes.

I’m genuinely saddened by how careless people have become. When a DoorDasher has to explain your order to a barista, something is wrong. I ordered a coffee and a coffee cake. The Dasher clearly told the barista, but the barista argued and insisted it was two coffees. I would think the coffee shop hires people who can read an order correctly—but apparently, I could be mistaken.!

i like coming here usually but whoever the blonde is with braces, was so rude. i am also a barista, so i know how basic interaction works. she didn’t even stir my drink w a spoon just shook it around. I have had an unbelievably rough day, and was trying to get a pick me up. i pulled up to the window and she didn’t say anything so i said “hey how are you?” she responded with “good” and then continued to just stare at me. i personally would have said something like “what are we drinking? what can i make for you? do you know what your having?” i waited about 45 seconds- a minute for her to say something while she just continued to stare at me. i ordered my drink and still didn’t hear another word from her until she asked for my number. which didn’t even go through and she didn’t say anything about her typing it in wrong. i imagine she just wanted to talk to the person behind me who had pulled from in front of me to behind me. Idk, made my night worse on top of everything, which usually little stuff like this doesn’t bother me but i have never had a barista interact with me (or lack of ) like that. and it’s one of my biggest pet peeves when ur barista doesn’t talk to you.

I had the Mythical Mocha blended, the very best, scrumptious, yummy drink ever!! I will definitely be back, I'm so happy I moved back here from Kansas. They have no espresso coffee places like the great state of Washington 🥰
