I have only been to one Bigfoot Java that sucked. This is not the one. I was out with my lady, i must say I'm very grateful for her, well I have to say because mmmhmm just crazy about her, the service was good 🏃♂️ I asked for a splash of vanilla in my drink and it was perfect. I rarely give 5 stars, so don't feel bad. Just to get out with my lady friend is a beautiful day, 1 out of 5, my sweetheart gets a 5 oh the snicker doodle, is it? Don't give me the sense of a snickers. I don't know if it should, but it is delicious none the less. Didn't mean to stray from the review of the Bigfoot, but why don't the native American casinos offer Bigfoot Java in the casino? Seems it only makes sense, Bigfoot, Sasquatch, native, casinos open 24 hours a day, casinos stay open, my lady friend don't drink much coffee but does enjoy the Italian soda and drinks like that, I just love the way she done her toes, so pretty, she the kinda woman you don't stray from, sorry as I stray from the review on Bigfoot Java. Bigfoot Java a day out with a lovely companion. Yes, it's a good day. Thanks a million sasquatch fir being out there providing delicious 😋

This used to be my favorite coffee stand, been going here for years. The quality of the drinks has gone down, they don’t even try to make the drinks delicious, it’s either just watery or super creamy and no flavor at all! The customer service has gone down too(specifically mid day) they don’t put any effort into anything. Very disappointed. And the prices are so high now.

Great drinks. There's a line most of the time during peak hours, but seems to go fairly quickly. The ladies here are not too friendly, sometimes. Not sure what it is, they don't seem to smile too often. They sometimes have a smirk on their faces, like "wtf are you doing here look, or you're inconveniening them" lol, anyway, drink are great, service/baristas blah! Just smile, it makes most things better 😊

I went the other night with my sister and as we’re ordering drinks the barista, Evelyn, was VERY RUDE. Wouldn’t let me finish my order without asking “what else?” also she did not make my drink as directed, instead tried to explain to me “how this goes”. I have been coming to Big Foot for many years, usually later at night, but with this service I may consider making my drinks at home. Lastly, she scoffed at every question or comment and neglected to ask me for my loyalty number during my transaction.

The girls didn't even listen when I told them my order and made it wrong it didn't even have my white coffee in it, they were too busy with drama to pay attention and the drinks weren't even mixed.
First time at this location. Do not order the apple cider. It’s just the instant packets (alpine spice cider) that they use and was served less than lukewarm. They charge $3 for a 12oz and you can buy a box of it for that price at Walmart. The gal that was taking the order seemed irritated that they had business as well. It was a busy night and they were the only ones open, but the attitude that was there made it very unwelcoming.

Every time I try to give them another chance, I remember why I stopped going there. ESPECIALLY, At night with the rude girl who won’t even let me finish ordering without cutting me off, then forgets half my order. I try to be patient as possible but the workers just talk amongst each other gossiping about the customers who just left. For example, talking about how a woman’s husband is unfaithful to her moments after just giving her the drinks. Why are you talking badly about your customers? So openly in front of OTHER CUSTOMERS! It’s wild to me! Please train your employees in customer service and how to actually make the drinks.

It was decent, except for the fact that the white mocha powder was all clumpy at the top of my beverage...Also, the girls were talking amongst themselves and didn’t hear me when I asked for whip pretty rude if you ask me, Considering the fact I buy coffee from this location almost every day. The stand definitely could use some customer service training.

I had my wife go through to get our regular order they forgot the flavoring in my drinks she went back immediately didn’t even leave the parking lot she asked to get them to remake the order the girl said she added the flavor and then just walked away and the girl making them gave the wrong size 16 oz when she paid for 2 20 oz felt intentional very disappointed they normally are great service
