Gave my order several times because I guess they couldn’t hear and then they gave me the wrong size drink after taking a considerable time to make it even though it wasn’t super busy and drink was mediocre, wasted money.

Friendly workers but got order wrong. Every time I order the bacon gouda and egg sandwich, it is not cooked long enough. Bacon in sandwich is almost raw. They also made our drinks incorrectly. My drink tastes like it has peppermint in it and I did not order a peppermint drink. Stomach started to hurt after I finished my drink.

Nasty employees who get paid way to much to be horrible at their jobs. I've lived next to this location for 8 years and it never changes. Horrid attitudes, something always wrong or missing from my order.

I hate to give negative reviews but when you’re spending upwards of $7 on a coffee and then expected to tip on top of it (before you get your order, mind you) it’s frustrating to have instructions forgotten/not followed. The taste here is not consistent when it’s busy which fine, but first thing in the morning with no rush is when it doesn’t make sense to me to forget things twice and also be out of stock for items. I don’t appreciate staff being annoyed at having to re make a drink and since she seemed frustrated I took the drink that had dairy instead of requesting a new one when I specifically requested no whip and the best she could offer was “scraping it off” with all the remnants still floating around. Not even a proper sorry. Frustrating and disappointing to spend $17 on a breakfast for poor quality.

Waited 30 minutes for a cup of black coffee. When it arrived, it was cold. Was given a 2nd coffee of somehow even colder coffee. Waited another 15 minutes for a cup of hot, yet still very bad coffee.

I have no idea what it is with this location but it's awful! They have maybe one or two decent employees, but the rest are absolutely dreadful. The lines and wait times are bonkers compared to other locations. But between this one and the one down 132nd it's a toss up from who has the worst and rudest staff. I do not recommend this location at all!
