Through ALL of our terrible, obvious or questionable questions and our Neverending myriad of specific changes to our food and drinks. They do a great job here. Great Team and Management, Great location to dine in or drive thru.

Drive thru is always fast to get thru even on the busy times, cashiers inside are so polite and has no problem with small talk. Pickup orders are always done in a timely manner so your food isn’t cold (if ordering hot food) and your hot drinks are still hot when you get there. Love this location! And it’s always clean and tidy.

I placed an order through the app to pick up in person. When I went to pick up my order, the lobby was closed. Then the person who handed me my order had the nerve to chastise me that they close the lobby every day at 5 like I'm there every day. 😑
There was a sign on the door posted that the lobby was closed but the app and the website do not say that it is closed. This is the digital age. Fix this! There is no way a customer should waste time coming up to a closed door to pick up an order. 🙄

I felt so terrible! And unhoused person came in out of 85 degree weather asking for water and was turned away because he couldn't buy anything. Since when did we stop giving out water?! You might as well just start putting ynhoused people in the middle of the desert. I am so disappointed in humanity. I got him a water since I was buying something. Not sure that I will continue to give Starbucks anymore money.

Starbucks is supposed to have excellent service - apparently, not ALL of them…I had a mobile order and while waiting (too long) I asked to use the restroom. Maybe they just caught me on a bad day, but I felt like I was asking to come behind the line! The first Gentlemen said, ‘sure, after you make a purchase’ I said I have a mobile order, he said ‘sure, we’ll get someone to let you in….’ They did pretty soon, but I’m confused why you have a code if you don’t want to give it out. I felt profiled like a homeless person - I understand that is what the protection is for, but this SB needs to be a little more open to people just actually needing to use the bathroom and not sleep in it. Try kindness and caring, it will help the world

Whether it policy or not, the staff were jerks for denying a little 10 year old girl to use the restroom without having to buy something.

Clean store, unfriendly staff and worst Starbucks coffee. I order the same drink from every starbucks that I go to and what I just received is really bad. Tastes nasty. They need to be retrained.
