Clean store, unfriendly staff and worst Starbucks coffee. I order the same drink from every starbucks that I go to and what I just received is really bad. Tastes nasty. They need to be retrained.

They refuse to let you use their restroom when you are clearly customers. So don't bother to stop here if you are elderly or have any medical issues. Even with being in line to buy something they still didn't let my elderly mother use the restroom. Terrible customer service.

Starbucks policy, no restroom unless you order. My partner ordered a coffee staff would not let me use the bathroom as I didn't make a purchase myself. Sad to see the franchise become so ghetto.

I always put orders in with a good time notice; generally 15 minutes or more before I arrive, and still they don't have it made or even close to started. This has resulted in many times ordering where i am being charged by them for a product they couldn't provide, and they don't even give a refund. I am a general manager at food service and would be ashamed if my staff was this unattenti and didn't communicate or properly update customers as this location does. I order from the Seattle Hill Rd and Murphys corner locations all the time with no mistakes and great service, but no longer will I order at the 128th location. They're always late, lock the doors when letting people order carryout, and don't communicate. With its service staffs priorities, this location might as well be drive thru only as they can serve a new car in minutes, but not the lobby in 20+ minutes.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to… I often by a cup and am able to get it washed and get my drink in it. Today they refused at this store and then questioned me using the bathroom to go to the bathroom as rinse out the cup…

I went over from the office because it’s so close. I just wanted a drip coffee, head back to the office, easy peasy. I was asked to please pull my car over. Ok, seriously? There’s also a concrete ledge on the left side as you try and pull over and my left wheel managed to hit it. So I’m done with this Starbucks. There wasn’t even a line or anything. I kind of feel like not going to Starbucks anymore at all. It’s too expensive and just a hassle. It’s not fun anymore.

I bought this venti white chocolate mocha coffee. Asked for 10 shots. Coffee is like water no shots, also it was lukewarm. I buy almost every week here didn't had any issues before. Coffee was piping hot on other times. Ruined my day in this rainy weather. I was looking for a nice coffee my usual but no. This is first time I Had to put this review. Someone needs training.
