The wreched beast that starbucks accidentally hired to service this store looked disgruntled about someone ordering a drink online.. she had put no sign on the door.after I had waited for 20 minutes with the lazy unmotivated whelps inside the store looking at me, I walked around to the drive thru window where the poor creature with rbf like Shrek yelled we are a drive thru only store, and looked at me like it was my problem.. and said that by ordering online it has nothing to do with her. I need a refund.

This place is legit like such good mango dragonfruit lemonades, it’s the only thing I get to if you want that definitely get it. Your body mind and soul will be empowered by the delicious sweetness that rushes down your throat.

Extremely rude supervisor Tory, made sure I knew she worked there 10 years, and snapped my cc out of my hand to pay and said I am never serving you again at this store and not welcome back, I been coming here for 2 years never had an issues until today as I was confused by the cinnamon dolce drink foam and cream and needed a little more help with the difference in foam and cream, she made a point to let me know she can see my menu only her register and didn't know what I was talking about and never heard of what I was saying about the cream, fortunately this is not the only Starbucks but unfortunate to anyone who has to be served by her especially with such negative energy and customer service not an example for anyone, hope she finds somewhere where she is happy to worl
When you are "closed for construction" it is common practice to notify your customers with a sign and update Google maps. That's the least you could do.
