there are only a couple of good baristas here that are actually nice to talk to, everyone else has a hostile or weird energy that just makes the experience so unpleasant. I watched a barista literally not help their coworker and leaving them with a mountain of tasks! As an ex-barista myself, I know how hard that can be for the closer. Do better please!

This particular Starbucks has amazing baristas. They're a very good crew. They're friendly and helpful. They make drinks that taste good. Specifically they're all really good at soft foam.Thank you to alder specifically since I know their name! And to the other two ladies, thank you! Having a delicious hot coffee made by someone else on a cold day is a treat for me. And they make the experience a treat fore as well. Thank you!

Nice location with great coffee and breakfast selection, the sitting area is good and cozy, the mall itself had a lot of shopping items and the parking is huge with multiple entrances also the service is fast and the staff is very friendly and professional, the new mint Frappuccino is awesome it’s a limited time so you should tried it’s really amazingThe place is Highly recommend

Used to be you could most days get a decent Sumatra or other single source bean on drip. Now all they have are cheapo blends like the hideous Pike's Peak that are a disaster of bitterness. Folgers instant is much better. Even their Nitro Cold Brew is hideously bitter and old tasting. And their pastry menu has not been updated in ages. No wonder the little drive thru kiosks with conscientious coffee and simple muffin tops are eating Starbucks lunch.
