These guys are complete idiots. The corporate office says this store should be open for indoor dinning, but instead of having the dining room open, they still refuse making it the worst Starbuck ever. Orders are always wrong, staff is rude and the manager thinks lying about the dining room to keep it closed is smart.I hope this location goes out of business and everyone loses their job, that's how incompetent this location is

Unfortunately due to the homeless running rampant in the area, they have had to close the lobby. They might also end up completely closing up. Today I got my drink in a reasonable amount of time and it tasted good.

Not a coffee drinker so my experience might not be what a coffee drinking person might have. Tea was ok. Food prices ok for what you get especially since most food is prepackaged or processed and the breakfast sandwiches seem to be processed food that they just heat up. For the same price might as well get a made fresh McDonalds Egg McMuffin.Expect to pay $5 to $10 for a drink, another $5 or so for a sandwich and if you want any pastries it was $4-6 dollars. Amazing how you can easily spend $20 per person for a processed meal of food and only the coffee or tea is the real made on site item.Inflation during this pandemic makes me think you can do better just taking a few minutes at home to make your own hot drink for the road and food.

I've gone here for 2 years and no matter rain or shine no matter how long the line is I've always had the best service every single time. It's amazing the manager there Wendy is amazing and runs a great crew.

What is the point of order ahead / mobile order if only open drive thru and have your customers to wait in line anyways??? Please turn the in store pick up off on the app. It misleading and time consuming to your customers. Called about this issue and they apparently like to ignore their customer’s suggestions.

My daughter had a double caramel crunch with extra caramel and extra crunch. They didn't have their regular caramel so they had to use the dark caramel.Legit, this drink was amazingly beautiful ? The layers of caramel looked absolutely scrumptious! She said it was so yummy, and she'll probably continue to order it with the dark caramel from now on.As always, don't forget to hit the like button if you find this useful and/or entertaining ?

Kind of tucked away, this Starbucks is my favorite.I never have to wait and the staff are friendly & consistent with their delicious coffee concoctions!

If you are looking for standard Starbucks accommodations like power for your devices don’t consider this location. The staff is rude and they need to be retrain in the customer service area.

Review for employment:Would not recommend this location if you suffer from chronic illness or mental health illness/disorder/trauma.Not only myself but another barista I worked with for a bit before he left and took his position went through the same thing I went through.I had only worked at this store for two business weeks but was on two LOAs for illnesses triggered by the environment in and outside of the store but left the company due to lack of communication and locking me out of my account while on LOA when I needed information from it for my case. Despite communicating with my manager through the process, she wasn’t supportive and could tell she felt she couldn’t rely on me despite everything I did right.Not only that but the team does have a lot of significant drama they’re trying to fix in the store and I got in the middle of it. While on LOA baristas who left the store that I stayed friends with checked in on me about my experience and shared with me theirs. Once I found out some very inappropriate behavior that was happening with the team I decided it wasn’t a good fit for me to return to.I was written up for being late as I was still configuring my route from my new place I just moved to and was only a few minutes late a couple of times.Not only that but they micromanage you like no bodies business. I would not recommend this store if you are also a teenager looking for their first job because of if the inappropriate behavior that happens on the floor.This was the third store I had a negative experience at and the company needs a etiquette reboot across the board with partners. I no longer work for the company as it has negatively impacted my life.
