Starbucks is good because they are consistent, you always know you're going to get what you order, and that it is the same at every location. I'm disappointed Starbucks prompts for tips when you pay. This is the first time, however, I was treated differently for not tipping. I don't feel comfortable giving extra money for the same service I get every time, but this particular time I was very bothered. The employee went from friendly and nice to no eye contact and no goodbye when she looked at my total and saw I declined to tip her. The coffee was good, of course, but I was extremely dissapponted by this treatment. Starbucks, pay your employees more if you feel they need to beg customers for tips.

I checked about ovens being on. They were on. Up and running, after receiving a service visit today. Service person was heading out. As I started to approach the register/order counter.👍
Attentive and friendly service staff. 💝

Charlie was amazing, I can’t praise him enough. I was so embarrassed I put in a mobile order at the wrong location and he didn’t make me feel stupid (like how I felt) and quickly came up with a solution and made my order for me. I was beyond relieved and so thankful. Charlie is always smiling and has such a joyful attitude I’m blessed to have been greeted by him today.

Starbucks no longer posts hours on the door. They want you to scan a QR code that takes you to a general website where you then need to find the one you are looking for. Very easy to have a code for each location listing those specific hours. Very disappointing that the company has become so lazy about these details.

Reegan was polite and friendly while serving me my order. This location is easy to access of northbound I-5 from either the general purpose lane or the left handed HOV exit.

This is the worst Starbucks every single time I come here they mess up my order in the morning. It takes 20 minutes compared to the other Starbucks that take five or 10 minutes. The staff is rude. The drive-through people mess up your order.. I go to a Starbucks almost every single day and every single time I go to this one on Broadway I regret it…
