Longtime Starbucks customer of 10+ years.. worst customer service experience of all time. I kindly & politely asked to use the bathroom while I waited for a to-go order, and the barista glared at me and asked “do you plan to make a purchase?” I said “yes, I already have.” Then she rudely and loudly stated the code, twice, as I continued to look at her, stunned by the whole interaction.

I understand workers can get busy, but a little bit of kindness goes a long way. Not to mention that using a restroom is a human right, and it’s really strange to ask customers this question in an abrasive way. I used to come here weekly over my lunch hour — will not be returning.

Don’t bother walking in during evening hours. They locked their doors despite me arriving an hour before closing time. Seems like their hours of business needs updating. 🙄

Had the bacon egg bites‼️ The music was a bit loud(hard to hear what the baristas were saying) other than that nice🫶🏻

This location didn't open its lobby until 7. Only option is to wait in a backed up line because their speaker box is broken and they are only taking orders once you get to the window. I recommend going somewhere else for faster service.

Christmas store hours were till 4 pm. Reached the store at 3. The DT lane was closed using a cone. The front door was locked, even though there were a couple of staff inside. We knocked on the door to no avail as the employees were busy talking with each other. Could have closed the store for real rather than having this false working hours advertised.

Being closed for striking on Christmas Eve morning is not hurting Starbucks only. You're screwing over the people that pay your rent and pay your wages. Those people are the customers that you're screwing over this morning by striking. People have traditions of going to Starbucks Christmas Eve morning Christmas Eve day getting gift cards for people and getting their food and drinks. Maybe want to do it on a busy Monday or Tuesday or friday. But don't screw over your people like this. Not cool.

The drive through is very shallow . But the service was great , and the food was nice and hot. Unfortunately, there was a retired vet in a wheelchair at the end of the driveway and I ended up giving my wrap away … I hope other people can help him out.

Had the single worst drip coffee from this store in my life. It tasted like burnt water. Absolutely nasty. A grande coffee that costs $3.50 should be exceptional, not like coffee that had been in a warmer for three weeks.

So I park in the parking lot at 7am, they only accept drive thru orders. So I got to the drive thru and ask for a venti iced white chocolate peppermint flat white with two additional shots. They gave me a grande and remade it. Gave me my venti and I left. When I get to work I take a sip of it, they forgot to add the white chocolate. Won't be going back.
