I got had food poisoned here Monday 2/12/24. I ordered the double smoked bacon and pink drink and I've been in and out of bathroom all week, double over in pain. Had to get a IV drip. Lost of work.

I've only been through the drive-thru here. I work close by and have come several times over the last few years. They used to be a lot slower but recently they're working through the line quickly, with wonderful service and every drink is the best I've ever had. Seriously each one keeps getting better.

I used to love coming to this Starbucks, but I just learned that they fired my favorite employee for union organizing. He's always such a friendly face and makes the best coffee. They should stop union busting and reinstate Tom!

I went to this Starbucks this morning. I saw multiple cars lined up in the drive thru so I proceeded behind the line. When it was my turn at the ordering speaker, I was waiting there thinking they were very busy. Nobody said anything through the speaker so I proceeded to the window where I saw a closed sign. I would have appreciated the closed sign being at the speaker area instead if the window so I would have known a lot sooner that they were closed instead of wasting my time waiting in line. I understand they were closed due to short staffing which is completely fine. I just wish I knew differently.
The staff was exceptional today as they very quickly processed my coffee order. I sure wish that the menu would change to something edible.
