I had to get in and out quickly during a lunch break for a class. Everyone was so friendly the moment I walked in, coffee was ready quickly and was perfect, then a lot of “have a good day (and my name)” as I left. A pleasant quick visit!

Nothing to complain about here. It has a lot more hardwood than other Starbucks. Hardwood chairs in stools and hardwood floors above average noise level but tolerable. The usual selection of goodies and also means for sale and a few other trinkets

Even under great pressure, the employees at this busy location are quick and efficient. They greet you with a smile and calm demeanor. Not rush8ng you but still moving that line along. They seem a little over worked and understaffed tho, hopefully rhis company will see that and send some help or upgrade their technology to make the job easier.

We ordered just a plain coffee and when we were paying he told us that we were 87 cents short so we gave him a dollar and he literally snatched it off my moms hand and slammed the window on us and we payed close attention if he slammed the windows on other costumers and he didn’t even close the window and he basically slammed it on us which we didn’t even say anything rude or do anything that could trigger him so what was that service about😬

Got my Iced Matcha just a few minutes ago -and it was not shaken at all. Chunks all over when drinking. I know they are busy but still disappointed that the barista couldn’t even taken the time to do even one shake.
These workers don't know what customer service is I was standing there for more then 5 minutes before anyone looked up and the condescending attitude when you walk out is just cringy. Starbucks has really went downhill I don't know why people even go there.

Why can't I give zero stars?!? 10 minute wait in drive through, fine. Not actually entering my order, fail. Not having what I ordered after a ten minute wait, fail. Getting my order wrong still after waiting an additional 6 minutes, fail. 3 strikes.

I came through Sunday morning, I believe a Mr. Zach was working the window, long story short, my order got messed up, when asked I for a new one, he proceeded to just add what was missing to my already messed up order, I watched him take the lid off and his bare fingers went inside my drink, he continued like nothing happened, gave me the order, started giving attitude to me the customer. Zach needs some disciplinary actions

Baristas are nice and food/drink is typical of Starbucks. Issue is the homeless and druggies are encouraged to come here making the atmosphere negative for people trying to be productive.
