It’s a Starbucks. Is it going to be wonderful in terms of coffee? Not likely. But the staff here were very polite and very fast, and the shop, like very other standalone Starbucks, is pleasant and clean.

This Starbucks has the worst coffee. It consistently tastes watered down. I tell myself I’ll give it another go, give them another chance, but now that this last time my drink was $7.04, they are out of chances. I thought it was my imagination until an out of town guest made the same comment. I refuse to go here anymore and will take the time to go inside Safeway across the street or to Everett Mall Way.

My main problem was how slow they were. I have never had a Starbucks drive-thru take this long. And then they got my drank from cuz I asked for ice didn't it would hot. Maybe they were low staff this day. I don't know. Before they close down the Starbucks up the street, I used to have two options.

I went through the drive-thru this morning. The gentleman taking the order was very pleasant and cheerful. I had an iced Grande Blonde vanilla latte and a bacon gouda breakfast sandwich. When I got to the window, breakfast sandwich was in his hand. I paid, asked for napkins and a straw, and got my drink. And was on my way.

Terrible attention, the product does not add the ingredients correctly, it is delivered in a way denying you the correct ingredients, when you tell them to please change it they make you wait more than 10 minutes. Very badly.

terrible service, it took 20 minutes to prepare coffee when the cafe was not very busy, when they prepared it they didn’t tell us anything and it stood melting on the table

Very long wait times due to online ordering system. No one was in the store and the cars had a 10 minute wait time. The online ordering system is bad for customers.

I dont think I have ever written a review before but I feel like with this I have to. I've been going to this Starbucks for a long time and have never had a problem until recently. I had an appointment at 3 and got there at 2:30. When I first walked in it was an absolute mess. There was trash and dirt all over the floors and it took about 5 minutes for someone to come over and even take my order. It wasn't even busy at that time there were maybe about 4 cars in the drive thru and 3 people including myself inside waiting for their order. The girl taking my order was very sweet but there was this one guy working who was really loud and agressive. While waiting he was joking around with a couple customers and he said something about how he would rather be drinking right now. At this point I had been waiting over 25 minutes for my coffee and when I went to ask how much longer he said he was to busy and wasn't sure. There was quite a line at this point both in store and the drive thru and not wanting to be late to my appointment I left without my drink. All the staff seemed friendly except for the one guy doing the drinks he was being very agressive with the way he spoke to customers and handing drinks as he was putting a bag of something on his head and throwing it around.
