I was recently visit looks like there is new guy alone working in store he don’t know how to make sandwich he make my sandwich like a wrap he just put one piece veggie patty 3 piece eggs he charge me 25.39 which is too high. I always go there but this is my worst experience. Never repeated again.

Every single time I order through the app, the food is never ready when it is supposed to be, they forget items or don't make the sandwiches correctly. Happy to charge extra for things they don't give me.
I'll be going further to get things right from now on.

W food W service and W Subway Especially the Subway Sandwich specialist Nebi Fetwi, man let me tell you ain’t nobody making no subs like him fr. He needs a raise asap fr, that’s just me tho. But I walked in one time hungry as a mf ready to eat a horse if I had to, then as I walk in I was graced by the presence of Nebi the Sandwich slayer himself. He stared at me menacingly and uttered “ ho you’re approaching me” and I said back to him “ how else am I gonna get my sub.” Truly a master of subs needs a raise asap, honestly I think he should be sponsored by subway and become their new mascot for hospitality and skill in sandwich making fr fr.

Employee had us standing at the door in the cold after 10:00am, finally put a note on the door saying they will open late , short staffed… what a clown, you can’t make a sandwich by yourself? Two cars there, 4 customers turned away. I would fire this person causing me to lose business.3/30/24

1/30/2024 10:30am. I hope this review gets to owner. This man spent 20 minutes helping a family of 3, then he started to bake bread and left me there. After 10 minutes I had to go. I couldn’t wait any more. Very bad service. He didn’t even told me to wait or anything.

I went here at 5:50 pm 12/30/23 and the worker was unbelievably rude. The second she was able to take the order she rushed me for answers that I was unsure about, but then she took like 10 minutes to make the first half of the sandwich. And when we got to the second half she didn’t put on two things I asked for multiple times (even though she acknowledged I wanted them), she didn’t wrap our sandwiches correctly, and she kept trying to have me get chips with my meal instead of the cookies that I asked for. There was also an Uber driver that walked in and she yelled at them and said they had to wait at least 15 minutes before she would even think about their order because there were customers (me and one other person) being helped, and the Uber driver wasn’t being rude or anything he hadn’t even opened his mouth yet to say he was an Uber driver. At the end of the line she also got upset because we “swiped our card at the wrong time” even though the machine said “swipe card”. I also almost forgot to mention that one of our sandwiches wasn’t even closed when we unwrapped it, the whole sandwich fell apart. This subway used to be the only subway my family would go to, but the service is disgusting now.
