The guy who helped me was very helpful and nice. And out of all subways I've been to this one actually gave me my money's worth
Easily the worst subway around. 3x wrong order. My fault for going back but ordering online should be simple but evidently they can’t handle it. Toss in the last time lettuce all brown, tomato’s in jelly form etc. Overall just garbage.

For the first time in a very long time, I had a phenomenal sandwich from Subway. It had seemed that the nostalgia for the chain was gone and the food had become bland. But then I came to this location. The person handing the store offered a suggestion to another customer and it sounded good, so I asked for the same. It was essentially a BMT with marinara and toasted with some veggies. Best sub I've had in years due to the recommendation of this sandwich master. Get her a raise ASAP!

Walked in an hour before closing to order some subaroonies. The ginger man who was closing on the night of 2/23/2024 was beyond standoffish. Very aggressive. When I was ordering, I asked for no mayo, so he goes ahead and puts HELA mayo on my sandwich. Thanks! Then once I'm done ordering and he is ringing up my order, he refuses to place the sandwich next to me and makes me reach over the counter where he is standing to grab my sandwich. I get it, working at subway is not fun, but this felt a little personal.

Our coupon was not honored on Ave D, the one sent in the paper. So we went to the one by Fred Meyer. We won't be back to Ave D until you get someone who can speak English!

Made an online order about 30 minutes before getting to the store and wasn’t ready when I asked them about the sandwich I was told it would be made after all walk ins are done. About 5 people walked in after me and I had to wait at the restaurant for 20 minutes extra for my food.

To order a sandwich at subway now it could take a while. People are now making orders by phone and it keeps subway workers busy. If you think they are going to stop making phone orders sandwiches because you showed up, think again. It is a first come (or first call) serve basis. You may end up waiting a while to order. So I suggest patience. In my last visit I waited about 8 minutes before the one and only worker made my sandwich. I usually tip but this time I didn't because of the long wait.Overall the sandwiches are still good. I will go back and order in person because it is convenient and I like to see the vegetables before I ask to have them included in my sandwich.

I used to enjoy the sandwiches from this Subway but when I had a meatball sub from there today it made me not want to eat here anymore. I don’t recommend eating at Subway.
The sandwiches were cold even though we asked them to toast, the bread was hard as rock and it felt like it cut our gums. Never going again at this subway location again. Horrible sandwiches!!!
This place is the worst they had no chicken then I asked for steak sandwich they had no steak. Very disorganized they were all so out of pickles. This place is not managed well at all. Horrible customer service
