The staff, despite continuous attempts to be kind was very rude today. Although there were only 2 others in line, my first sandwich went in the toaster and I wasn't given a chance to order more until the second employee came up and took over. The first employee scowled the ENTIRE time I was there.

No care was taken with my food. I was given a deformed loaf of bread and the nachos were soggy before I even opened them (I ate inside). One of the worst subway experiences I've had. I'll try again at the friendly Snohomish location.

I used to come to the subway Almost 10 times a month cause I live right down the road and I am seven months pregnant and obsessed with olives today I went in there and I asked for extra olives and she refused to give me them and she said it really rudely and then I said OK then I’ll just go and then she yelled at me on my way out and said thank you for my dinner insisting that the subway I was going to purchase was now for her . Super bad service won’t be coming here anymore

Ordered some subway for a late night meal & they quite literally got EVERYTHING wrong about my order.
I ordered a footlong ham, American cheese, lettuce, black olive, mayo and ranch. A bottled starry, and a chocolate chip cookie.
I received the sandwich with no lettuce, but spinach instead. I literally hate spinach.
I received NO starry. Sooo what am I supposed to drink with my meal? 🤨
And the worst part, they gave me the wrong kind of cookie. Ordered regular chocolate chip, got a double chocolate.
How you can manage to mess up an entire order I don’t even know. But huge waste of money, beyond disappointed. If I were you I wouldn’t even waste your time visiting or ordering from here unless you want everything you DID NOT ask for. 👍🏻 0/10 stars.

Absolutely the worst Subway in the State of Washington. Ordered a turkey sub, a box drink and a pretzel stick. When I got my order from Door Dash the guy said the lady said they were out of pretzel sticks. Fine. So I called the Subway, no answer. I finally got the manager/owner who said it was troublesome to give a refund back via card. He stated I could come to the store for my $3 or he would give me his phone number and he'd give $3 worth of food or whatever. The point is, everytime I go to this particular store, I have issues. Evertime. The sandwiches are made sloppily and even at $6.99 for a footlong, they're still not worth it. Do not go here you will be disappointed. I am done with these guys. The owner did call me back and left his phone number because he wanted to make it right, what he should have done was refund my money over the phone the same way I paid. I won't be going back, not even for my $3+tax, they won't be in business for much longer if they keep doing what they're doing. Let me be clear, I have no issues with the owner, he was polite and receptive, but the whole thing just leaves a bad taste in my mouth just like the turkey sub, which incidentally was missing cheese, one of the main components of the sandwich, plus I got regular mayo instead of the garlic aioli mayo I had requested. It was just a very horrible experience. Do not eat here.

Lady fixing sandwiches was super rude. Heavy sighs and attitude while fixing our subs. Said we couldn't use coupon, wouldn't add extra tomato's (it only comes with 3, she snarked) - very disappointed. Still tipped btw (habit) but won't be back. Go the extra mile to the other one..they are always friendly and accommodating. To whome it may concern it was 2/11/25 at 7:15pm

Very disappointed, haven’t been to subway in a long time. As you can get more olives and pickles elsewhere . Decided to give the 3 foot long deal for 19.99 a try. Was lied to and told I could only choose from a handful of sandwiches, however the disclaimer clearly says only 3 exclusions . “Big hot pastrami, garlic roast beef , the beast and wraps. I’m very disappointed and understand that this is part of the problem companies face and lower their value. They had a chance to regain a customer but failed on delivery.
I wanted to share as people can keep their eyes open.

Ok now I love subway, but this one is a must not go to. At night anyways. My buddy and I ordered and the chick working charged us 60$ for both of them. I laughed in her face and told idk what she did but she needed to redo her math because I got around 39$ in all. She tried to explain to us, adding it all up. I simply said ok. Make the orders separate, she did and what do you know, it came out to 39.50. she literally tried to charge us 20$ extra. Sucks for her because it was 4am, and I felt bad for her having to work. so i was going to give a 20$ tip since my friend WAS going to pay. DONT GO HERE AFTER MIDNIGHT
