The owners of these subways need to put the option to get WHITE BREAD for your sandwich, on the online ordering site. This location and the one about a mile north on Hewitt both make you have to call and ask for white bread for an online order and many times when you call, they don't answer the phone.

Tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but for the third time now Ive ordered a Veggie Patty sandwich with cheese and got a Veggie Delite with no cheese. Twice pick up orders, and now most recently through DoorDash.Simple mistake I guess, but three times over the course of months is pretty rough. They have different names..Ingredient quality was pretty poor, overall.

Placed an order through the app, which says this location is open 24 hours. I call to ask if my boyfriend can get it even though it’s in my name, just in case because it took my money for the order and the man on the phone said nothing and hung up on me. I called back for a second time thinking maybe it was a dropped call and he said hello i asked again and he said we’re closed so i simply said okay can you cancel my order so i can get my money back then but he hung up on me again mid sentence. The app showed the order was in progress, so i called back a third time because if they’re closed i want my money back. He answered the phone by very rudely saying “what?” i said can you cancel my order so i can get my money back and he said “no were closed” and hung up on me AGAIN for a third time!!! Never have i experienced such a rude customer service worker before like this when i was trying to respect them saying they were closed and simply cancelling my order as i cannot do so through the app!! My boyfriend drove there to get the order just in case since the app said it was being made, and the location was open with people inside. Subway, do better at training your employees- customer service work is NOT for everyone!!!! Very disappointed. Do yourself a favor as a customer and go to a different location.

I really wanted an Italian BMT. I think it may have been made to soon or something. It was a bit dry, and the bread was kinda hard. It was a disappointment to my taste buds. I think I will have to go to the store so I can go along with the assembly of my sandwich. I don't believe I will ever order online again.

I went to the subway after work yesterday I ordered a 6 inch sandwich and all the vegetables and everything was very fresh and just restocked. When I walked in the worker was working hard on restocking everything in the vegetable in meat part. He greeted me when I got through the front door and said hello very nice guy and super friendly with amazing customer service. The worker name is Israel. I went home ate my sandwich and went back to the same subway to get another sandwich. When I came back an hour later, he still working hard on restocking chips and doing everything around the shop. I was very impressed and his customer service is a 12 out of 10 it was exceptional. It was a great subway with a great person working. If I drive by and I see him in there I know the ingredients are going to be fresh and I’m definitely gonna have to stop by and get a sandwich. I’ve been to hundreds of subways all around and everything and by far it’s the people inside that make the difference on the subway. By far my favorite subway thank you Israel .

One of the only subways I know that ACCEPTS COUPONS! ? I've been to a location in Bothell and another location in Everett and they both didn't accept coupons- so I always come to this one! I always like how they do my sandwich here and the lettuce here isn't soggy or brown.
