High turnover rate of employees, meaning there's always someone new to screw up your sandwiches. Our sandwiches didn't get nearly the amount of meat and cheese they're supposed to have, especially for over 40 dollars for 3.

So Subway likes to give out coupons in the mail, and for some reason the store manager at this location is very uptight and apparently doesn’t accept what the coupon will actually allow. The coupon will include excluded items on the coupon, but when you go in store and try to order anything else off the menu, they won’t allow you.
Just will take my business at another Subway store that isn’t so uptight about an All-American-Sub, lol.

Didn't cut through sandwich all the way , then tore it apart and sandwich fell apart then they tried to put it back together and we're very rude when I mentioned that the sandwich was all a mess. Very Rude, not nice, and didn't speak english well.

So i just spent 19.75 for a footlong tuna, chips and drink. I only got banana peppers on my tuna, i asked for lot/extra banana peppers and she states “well, we have portions.” GUESS WHAT? Never again. Its no wonder Subway is going down in value, market share, etc. I’m not coming to Subway nor recommending you to anyone. Absolute

I ate a hotshot italiano sandwich because the manager suggested that to me based on what i like . I loved it . The place is so clean compared to other fast foods . I will definitely be coming back .
Assistance League appreciates Arthure and his staff for the continued support of our outreach clothing event at Cocoon House for the homeless kids in Everett. The kids that attend the event often come in very hungry. They are thrilled to find the individually wrapped sub sandwiches and beautifully arranged veggie platters waiting for them. Chris Alford

It was alright, the lettuce looked like they could've used a new batch, but portions were good, good service. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't use the bogo sale online or app as it was down and I asked if there was a way to do that or get my points and he said he didn't know how or if it was possible. Place was clean, in a small little strip mall. Only other complaint I have is how much food has gone up.... It's insane.... It needs to stop. Shouldn't be over 20 dollars for one person to eat at a fast food sandwich shop (while we ate, a man ordered a sandwich made it a meal and it was over 20 bucks ?)

Doesn't answer the phone for orders. When you finally do get somebody she yells at you for bothering her and hangs up on you sounding like trash. It's 87 out there, 92 in here. I've had no AC all day and I'm hangry for something cool without all the cooking. Literally the only thing I can eat right now is a nice cool cold cut sub. But if you can't be bothered to fill out orders I'll direct the pick up to another location right down the street.
