Hmm it's subway get what expect

The two women working on 10/29/23 @11am were incredibly rude. I needed to use the restroom before ordering and not only did they bang on the door mutiple times they started accusing me of being a tweeker to other customers so loudly I could her it in the bathroom over the fan. Even going so far as to start saying they were going to call the police. I was in there for all of 10 minutes, and came out appalled at these accusations. When confronted, they offered no apology, and showed zero remorse. Rather, they doubled down, saying they thought I was a tweaker, and so their actions were justified. When I told them that was rude, they simply said, "so what? Then leave." I obliged, but I wonder if the management knows this is how thir staff is treating customers.

I tried to give a 5th of a whole star,so I gave one. I wouldn't order from here, I would recommend Subway on Casino Rd or DIY at home, its cheaper. Like K-Mart, this store should be closed also. Customer service sucks, they always get orders the orders wrong, and issues are never resolved. Don't Uber or Door Dash from here either, as you order will also be incorrect.

I always forget how much i like subway sandwishes until I visit again. The guy serving wasn't very friendly and just handed me the food after I paid which was a little weird. The sandwich was good and toasted! The place was empty when I arrived, but two other people showed up when I was there.

I do NOT recommend eating at this location . I'm assuming it was the manager not that you could tell by how she was treating customers and her employee at the time. Her name is Jessica. Very unprofessional yelling at her employee tossed a knife down on the make table in front of that employee and rushing me as I was explaining my order. She should not be working around the general public. Very unsatisfied with my visit. I would highly suggest going into sensitivity and management training jessica to learn how to speak to people and your employees you should be ashamed.

Is any upper management reading these reviews? Because they’re all accurate about how rude the morning manager is. I usually come here, but after today i wont… her employee made a small mistake on the computer and tendered a customer wrong and she yelled at her in front of everyone in the lobby. while she made my sandwich she got annoyed multiple times with me. the menu didnt specify that it wasnt heated, so when i asked she scoffed and threw the ingredients off. Shes just all around very rude. i get it’s busy, and can handle the subtle showing of annoyance personally, but watching her be rude to other customers and her employee was just disturbing. a customer asked for sauce after she already wrapped the sandwich and she yelled at them with “you said that was it”. i was watching and she didnt anyways, lol. comical really. upper management please do something for the employees

Toaster doesn't work and so if you order online have fun. Manager said the owner won't fix it and it's been months apparently. Gotta loooove capitalism.

ME AND MY FIANCÉ GOT SO SICK FROM OUR TWO SANDWICHES :(Also Worst customer service by the manager today. Can’t miss her! She’s the only one working with NO name tag. Couldn’t believe how rude she was. I have been a long time customer coming here. I have never been treated so disrespectfully, but the manager yelled at me while I was trying to ask her a simple question about what kind of bread they had. They had different kinds so I didn’t know. She yelled at me twice raising her voice and was so rude to the customer before me even. How does someone like this even still work here after MULTIPLE complaints. She is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever dealt with, and I will definitely NOT be coming back, and I will be telling many other people about this. We will also be contacting the District Manager’s office or owner.
