Delicious food. Nice portions. Friendly service. Wonderful! Cleaned atmosphere. Surprised I haven't come here more often but I've been living up at Mount Baker but this is a nice place to come too when I'm down here in Everett will come back

Bland and gray ramen. Save yourself $20 and get instant noodles at the grocery store instead.

My wife and I stopped in randomly for a late lunch. The people were nice, the food was great, and the place was cool with it's giant, fake cherry tree.

The ramen was tasty. They gave a huge portion of chashu for it, too! The seating was cozy without being too small and the place was relatively quiet. Typical top hits music playing. No table service here, so you have to go up and order, pay, then go grab it yourself when it's ready. No big deal, just different from the other Botan in Everett.

The crab rangoon weren't what I was expecting- they were very pricey for the amount you get (4 rangoon with the tiniest portion of sweet and sour sauce I've ever seen- it was about 1 tablespoon worth at most) and the rangoon were weirdly sour- or tart? I think they put a bit too much vinegar in them and it threw me off quite a lot.

The atmosphere was pretty nice though! The temp wasn't too hot. Bathroom was clean when I used it, and they even had extra hand soap set out.

Everytime I order the katsu meal. The chicken is super dark. Kinda like it’s been put in the freezer after cooking it to reduce time. Some parts are over cooked while the others are super rubbery. I really hope they start preparing their katsu chicken in order with fresh white meat.

The chicken yakisoba is excellent. Lots of vegetables cooked just right. The sauce was tasty and not overwhelming.I do not recommend the spring rolls. They tasted like they were from the frozen aisle of the grocery store.I was pleasantly surprised to receive this nice takeout bag.
