I made a run for the border and hit up the drive thru for some late night cravings and everything I ordered came out fast and piping hot. They were doing steady business in the drive thru but the line was moving fast and my server was prompt and polite.
I cracked into my bag in the parking lot and everything was super hot and fresh, even the Cheesy Gordita Crunch, which has a tendency to rapidly coagulate. It's a good spot!

Consistently the best Taco Bell I have been to. I have come here fairly consistently for almost a year and the one time I ever had an issue they fixed it quickly. Good portions, food is always warm, friendly staff. Drive thru times are always fast. 2727 broadway stays holding it down. T beezy til I die

Food hasn't improved or changed much. Same ingredients in every meal. More expensive and smaller portions but a $7 snack pack or combo is a meal . Kids like it okay .

Hot as hell! Literally! You walk in, and you're assaulted with sweltering heat. Staff is disorganized and rude. Placed an order on the kiosk, then asked for access to the restroom, and the lady acted like it was a chore for her. Rather than give me the code, she blocked the door to put the code in. For example, if you're so put out about letting a customer use the restroom, then have someone else do it. I've been sitting in the lobby waiting for over 10 minutes and still haven't received my order and no staff is acknowledging the lobby at all.

To be honest, I think I'm just done with Taco Bell. I used to love it, like I was a real dedicated fan, but I can't justify the prices with what I get. It's not just this location, I used to feel satisfied and full and happy with Taco Bell, but yeah. Not anymore. Food is not prepared like it used to be; the amount of food got smaller, colder somehow, and it tastes worse. Most of the time my crunchwraps would barely have anything inside and taste sad for example.
Not trying to sound like a commercial, BUT I'm switching over to Taco Time NW. Even just their mini tacos fill me up, and the quality in every aspect is night and day.
