Don't bother with this store. If it's late night and you want to get your food fast go somewhere else. They like to play 20 questions in the drive through with everything you order. I've given them a chance when we sit down to eat, but this last time they didn't have any ice out of the vending machine, and for the last year I've eaten here, there's been no carbonation in the fountain machine. I don't expect much ordering from a fast food store, but I don't go there for to wait for over a half hour for my food or for 4 other cars and 3 mobile orders to be prepared before they think about getting mine ready. I know it's a ways away from the nearest tacobell from the location, but I can assure you it's worth the wait. They don't even trust them to handle people in-store anymore. They have 3 kiosks for you to order your food from. It's a real joke.

Ok ..I get that this is something the owner is making them do, but for heavens sake, please stop with the insane amount of questions when I'm trying to order at the drive thru. After every single thing I order, I'm asked if I want extra meat or a side of jalapenos, etc. It needs to stop. It's the most frustrating thing. It ends up taking forever and I end up with more mistakes on the order. Since when are we asking what kind of meat we want on tacos? Don't they generally come with ground beef? I ordered a chicken burrito meal and when she asked what kind of meat, I was like...uh... chicken, since it's a chicken burrito. Ended up with chicken taco. Not great in a taco bell taco. This location is the worst out of all the nearby locations. They're the only ones still asking a thousand questions per order.

Priority is always drive thru, I get that. I don't get why not one of the 5 employees that passed me within the first 7 minutes of me standing at the the cash register. I get younall ar edging something, but dealing with my issue lasted less than 30 seconds. Come on now
