I don't understand what is wrong with the people that work at fast food nowadays you literally order something online for an example and it says no lettuce and they still give you something with lettuce like can you guys not comprehend it's a simple order and even spells out what you have this Taco Bell needs to be fixed there's been multiple issues there I don't know for some reason Everett just seems like people that are very unintelligent with food orders and they want to get paid $15 an hour this is getting ridiculous

Just got an order from Taco Bell and asked for no rice and extra chicken. Got mostly rice and small amount of chicken. Since I have food restrictions, I couldn't eat most of the meal. No refund or replacement was offered.
Dietary restrictions: I ordered for no rice because of the need for low carb and was very disappointed.

Every time I go through the drive thru the prices have gone up. Honestly, I have to stop going there.
This place is soooo slow. The food takes so long to be prepared, it might as well be a sit down restaurant. They seem to be perpetually understaffed.

We just got home from drive thru appx 1130 pm. The food was the worse ever. Ordered 4 soft tacos 2 no cheese n 3 crunchy tacos all ground beef. The soft tacos were cold the soft tortilla tasted chewy n cold n they all had cheese...the hard tacos was full of grease at bottom n soaked thru shells n they were all broken...such a disappointment becuz this was our spot for taco bell. The person that took our order was friendly but the guys at the window gave u no eye contact n unfriendly. Wasn't totally empty at drive thru n look same inside so how can tgey mess the order up?? SMH . Now that I'm paying $2 a reg taco compared to past prices even more annoying. No excuses for it to not be warm n put together right. I tried to call 2x 2 different days n times but of course no one answers. I did like the nacho fries even though they were cold but at least the nacho cheese was warm. I'm only giving 2 star for that m the nice woman that took our order

I walked in and the employees were pretty busy because there was a line in the drive-thru but only two customers were eating in the store. Think I came at a time when they were doing a shift change because two employees left while the rest were in the kitchen.
I ordered on the kiosk. You could see the videos and a picture I attached to this review of me doing the ordering. I got the Mexican pizza combo with a Baja Blast Mountain Dew drink and the two supreme crunch tacos that came with the combo.
I also ordered some chips and cheese nachos. It was delicious. I took a picture of it. Food was great. The employees were nice. And one of my videos you could hear an employee opening the bathroom for me because it required a code. Another employee that handed me my food was really nice when he gave me my cup for the soft drink.
All in all it was a good visit, but I do have one complaint. I had to eat at a dirty table and there were more than three dirty tables. I took a video of them . Both trash cans were full and the floor needed to be swept. The employees working at the time of my visit were too busy to do it so that is understandable. But the employees that were leaving when I got there should have done it before they clocked out.
I used to work in the food industry as a manager. So I understand these things. The staff in the kitchen had many orders from the drive-thru, It wasn’t their fault. The day shift should have left the night shift with a cleaner restaurant. At least take out the trash…The bathrooms were clean though.
