The man working drive thru was exceptionally cool, I had to go and get change elsewhere since I found out it's policy they are not allowed except $100 bills for some reason but had my order exactly how I initially ordered ready when I returned. I was impressed I wish I could recall his name but he had dark and somewhat longer hair, not bad looking either ;)
Whats going on w taco bell sof burritos I went to the other location few weeks ago n this one a few days ago and same problem they taste hard and nasty. Of course tried to cLl them and they don't answer neither location answers

My Boyfriend and I ordered food for new years and we got the wrong order at first but when I went inside the gentlemen there who gave us our order initially was very apologetic and genuinely so kind that when I went back into the car I started crying a little bit, he had the order remade and it didn't take long at all, and he was just great and I'm just sad I didn't get a chance to learn his name but he's really a great guy.

Well, me and my nephew got the luxbox And we both threw up after eating the chalupa and also the dorito taco was soggy and we had a cheese looked disgusting and the taco meat was gross smelling like fart. Please refund me our meals. Worst tacobell ever according to my nephew.

Bathroom was dirty, my order wasn't correct. Wasn't very happy with the whole situation.
I ordered a $7 box and when I got to the window to pay, they had charged me $11. I showed the cashier the menu price on my phone and he said that was only if I ordered by phone, but I was on the menu page and nowhere did it say online only. Then he said “well it’s only $11”. The food is just not good enough to put ip with poor service, my last trip there.

The employees here have been nothing but lovely and efficient as I've been eating here over the last 4 years. However, I have one major gripe. Their chalupas are 100% of the time stale, dry and hard. I use the app to order exclusively and I always get the chalupa when I have a reward available. This is the only Taco Bell regionally that cannot seem to make a good chalupa for some reason. They also skimp really hard on sour cream on all of their menu items, which I really don't understand. They put like the tiniest squirt of sour cream and you can't even taste it. Other than that the accuracy and efficiency of orders is top notch. Please, please stop ruining your chalupas though. They are meant to be soft, not dry and crunchy.

Glad I came to this Taco Bell. Food was almost exactly what I expected, but actually a bit better. Burritos were fuller than the last Taco Bell I went to. Service was great, they made sure to verbally tell me which boxes were which (in addition to labeling them). This Taco Bell has a good team!
