I’ve been going here consistently for a bit over a year now and their customer service reminds me of a mom and pop shop. As far as food chains go the employees here seem to actually enjoy their job which is a breath of fresh air. Charlie helped me today and I gotta say his enthusiasm brightened my day for sure, great guy and great work ethic!

Always been going for lunch during work and using the tablet to make my custom order the way I like it, well according to employee HR decided to be braindead and take away ability to order in store using tablet because they want you to be interactive with employees, I'm a visual person and had hard time remembering what I can and cannot add on to my custom meal, so yeh standing there awkwardly making eye contact because i keep changing my order and asking questions to get my order wrong anyways. Will not eat here again.

Disappointed in the food the last few times. Very inconsistent. They keep giving us broken Mexican fries. They are literally in crumbles and you can’t dip them in ketchup or anything. Also, my son is on the autism spectrum and will not eat “broken” food. So he throws a huge fit and refuses to eat anything. I would just like to get the quality of product I paid for and for there to be a food standard that is the same every time!

I just experienced something I have never worried about at Taco Time... The burrito I just had from this location was complete bullshit! I usually love Taco Time and know I can get decent food that is prepared nicely. Okay Rucker location, you guys made one of the worst burritos I have ever bought from anywhere. Whoever made my burrito should just stop. There is no reason they should be employed in any part of the food industry.

I absolutely love taco time but it seems everytime I order extra of anything I get less then what is normally put on... my burrito shouldn't just be tortilla and sauce.
Our go to Taco Time since the late 1960s. Young lady at register asked twice, nean or beef? Mine was correct wife's was not. Her taco salad was shone on a plate, which she prefers, came in a taco bowl
