Amazing food. We came here for my wife's birthday last month and have been back twice already. This is our new spot for GREAT mexican food. If I could give it more stars, I would.

Got a classic chicken burrito. It was one of the best I’ve had around here, highly recommend.

Oh. My. God. I have always driven past and never stopped in. WHY???
This is not a fancy, sit-down, blended drinks experience. If you're looking for that, move right on. If you want INCREDIBLE food at reasonable prices, run, don't walk, RUN down to Tacos Faenas. I got a traditional plate, 2 carnitas enchiladas, and I think I saw God. I usually remember to take a pic in case I want to leave a review, but the food was so good I devoured it like a *feral animal,* so you get an empty plate pic. ? I will 100% be back. 11/10 food, no notes.

We stopped for a quick bite on a road trip. The tacos were awesome! I had the fish tacos, my husband had pork tacos. The waitress was welcoming and friendly. I loved all of the plants!

Ordered over the phone, precisely asked about “taco Tuesday” special prior to ordering. Lady over the phone said “yes we have that” then proceeded to order 10 tacos, but was not given cost at the end, I didn’t bother asking understanding it would be reduced from regular price. Show up and it was over 40 dollars! Proceeded to explain at the start of the conversation I asked her about taco Tuesday, tells me they don’t have that once I’m in front of her, then says “it is what is is”.
Food was mediocre
Best part was size of tacos are double the standard street taco, chicken had good flavor, and decent red sauce.
Cons: ONLINE and IN STORE displayed prices are different, bland green salsa (watered down, with hint of lime, 0 spice), take out comes in a pizza box, LIAR answering the phone calls.

Great local, authentic Mexican food. We usually get takeout, but eat in once in a while.

I wish I could eat here everyday, the food is that good. I've been making excuses to find my way over in this direction just so I can swing in and get some tacos. Do not sleep on this place!

We tried this restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised at how excellent it was. The food is delicious. I had the chicken enchilada and it was more than I could eat, but was so good I had trouble stopping to ask for a box. They had good service. The decor is very colorful and fun. The seats are slightly uncomfortable, but it is a small detail in light of everything else. Will definitely be my restaurant of choice when I want Mexican food.
Wheelchair accessibility: I was able to get in easily enough and they had tables I could use in my chair.

Hubby and I have been going here for years. But one day a few weeks ago we got some beef (asada) tacos and we both ended up with what felt like food poisoning the next day. That was the only thing the two of us ate in common and my son didn't eat (and he wasn't sick).
Atmosphere of the place is pretty cluttered and cheap (it's an old chain fast food place building), but the food has always been tasty and cheap as well. Service is usually fantastic. I'm marking the food down to 4 stars because it's usually really tasty and seems fresh in spite of our experience. I'm hoping that maybe leaving this review will help the management maybe beef things up a bit in the food prep/cleanliness department so that someday we might go back. Not going to happen for a few months at least, though. :(
It looks like from the Snohomish County Food Inspection reports, they've been pretty great as of late, so maybe it was just a one off. In any case, have usually loved this restaurant.

Some of the best Mexican food I've had outside of Mexico. They have a huge menu but somehow manage to make everything in about 5 minutes. There's a drive thru but I always go in for the jungle ambiance. Try the fish tacos
