Service was fine but the food was so bland, we ordered the honey sesame chicken, Mongolian chicken, and the terra fried rice and all of it was severely lackluster, void of any actual flavor or seasoning. Completely unsatisfying, I called it done after like 5-6 bites. Food absolutely not worth the price. Will definitely not be coming back here

There were a half dozen tables open that we could see, and they told us they couldn't accommodate 7 people on a Saturday at 5:16pm, so we were told we could stay in the lobby and make other arrangements.
A very interesting experience. They have many items that you will be familiar with, things like Mongolian beef. These familiar items are prepared at a different level making them almost foreign as they are so tasty.

My favorite restaurant. We always get 4 things. The Mongolian beef is my top favorite. The green berms they serve with it are the best. You must also have the terra rice. It has shrimp, chicken and bbq pork in it and is always fantastic. The candied walnut shrimp are also a must and for desert their mini doughnuts with dipping sauce. So delicious. We always have it served family style and order off the dinner menu even if it is lunchtime so we have leftovers.

I had not been to Terracotta Red in several years, since it opened, just because I don't get out much. My date had never been there, but we will both certainly be back again. Food, service and atmosphere were perfect. Thank you.
The food didn’t taste good at all. We ordered the lettuce-wrap chicken, and all the lettuce was old and not fresh. The fried rice had no salt and no flavor. This was one of the worst Asian meals we’ve had.

This place is AMAZING! The food is excellent and the service is top notch. Highly recommend the chicken coconut milk soup. You will not be disappointed:)
We went for happy hour and the prices were shockingly low. This will be our new go to for lunch dates for sure.

I’ve lived in Everett for many years and I hadn’t been to T Red for probably 10 years and I have to say, I was overall disappointed. The only thing good about the experience was the service. The food was less than average. The drinks were good but $13.50 for a lemon drop, I should have had a view. Next time we will go to the waterfront. Wont be back.

The food and service at Terracotta Red are very good. We ordered the Calamari-excellent, Pad See Ew-Very good (could have used more sauce), Terra Rice- excellent, Sweet and Sour Pork- our favorite. If you have not tried this at TR you should. The pork is tender unlike those hard chunks at other Chinese restaurants. Honey Sesame Chicken-this was a miss. It was not very warm and it didn't taste like honey or sesame. One person in our group was allergic to nuts so we did not get to order our other go-to which is the Honey Walnut Prawns. My real only complaint is that it was SO noisy. I've been to the restaurant and it is always on the noisy side but on this visit we could not even talk to or hear the people across the table from us. When the server came we practically had to use sign language to communicate. Luckily the loudness did not really ramp up until we were almost done with the meal.

Recommend by an Asian person who either is related or has never eaten high end Chinese cuisine.
The potstickers were good but dipping sauce wasn't. The spring rolls were tubes of mush with a fish sauce dip that was actually unpleasant.
The Mongolian beef was Ok but cut too thick and was chewy. If it had been velveted it probably would have been good. The green beans were good as was the chow mein, but I see no reason to return.

We stopped in for a pre-concert dinner expecting it to be very crowded. It was not, the food was amazing. Our service was perfect. We will definitely go there again before concerts!
Great atmosphere. I have the empress noodles, that was awesome!

They have a great menu with many choices that keep you coming back. All the flavors are amazing, and portions are generous. Service has been great the two times I have visited them. Food comes out quickly and piping hot. I definitely recommend them.
This is one of our absolute favorite places in Everett! We go often with family and friends, and it’s always consistently delicious with the best service. My go-to is the spicy tiger prawns (so good!) and Landon’s favorite is the Mongolian beef. Our whole family loves it here…great food, friendly staff, and a place we can always count on for a wonderful meal. Highly recommend!
