Had to check out the new tenants to this storied and historical space. Barkeeper was very friendly and the cocktails were good. Pizza was OK. One minor issue that has an easy fix is that the table seats all have pendant lamps hanging too low so you are constantly trying to lean around them for a view of the TV.

My wife and I decided to try this place out tonight for the first time and I'm glad we did. Cheap and a good selection of beer. They had bitburger on tap so 1 was super excited about that. We decided to have dinner and my wife got chicken strips and waffle fries and I got a pizza because of the bartenders recommendation. Chicken strips were ok. Nothing special but not terrible. Waffle fries were really good. I could have a full basket of those. Pizza was ok. I wish I would've asked for it well done. I ordered the Hawaiian pizza. Overall, it was good and will definitely come back to try other food items.

This is for the owners only. How can you run a business without a phone number to call. I was in your Pub a few days ago. Great bartender and I mentioned your web site was down ( it's fixed now) but I said there was no phone number on the Google maps search. He said that's because we don't have a phone . I don't have social media to contact you with since you said that is the best way. The very best way is by a phone call.... I'm not going to drive over just to ask a question or order food. Oh, I gave 3 stars for food. I had the pizza and it was quite a bit lacking with ingredients and flavor was so so. Can get a fabulous one from the White Buffalo on Evergreen way, you should stop by there and try a real great pizza. I did have the Bacon BBQ Cheeseburger which was 5 stars. Big with lots of great flavor, OOPS I'm sorry they messed up my order and gave me the Bacon with Blue Cheese burger, but it was great, probably better than the BBQ version. And fix the restrooms. They still look and smell like the Old Anchor Pub. From the bar seats you can see right into the mens urinal area. OK that's my rant just to the owners, I wish you future success but change needs to happen

Burger and onion rings were really good. Need better customer service. No one waiting on tables. Have to go to bar. Takes forever to get waited on. Staff busy talking to regulars. The band Jet City Players was outstanding.

My husband and I came to see the Davao’s last Saturday. We came early to get a good table upstairs. The server was not friendly and didn’t take the time to get our order correct. We order the wings she asked if we wanted dipping sauce we said blue cheese, and ranch and in a rude tone said I’ll see if we have that. WHY ASK if you don’t know. I Realize that the bar was really busy that nite, but this was at 7pm when it was slow. The food was good when my husband went down stairs to get me a drink the server just assumed I wanted a tall. A good server will ask tall or short. We live in Monroe and its nice to enjoy live music, it we will not be coming back 😖
