I didn’t order food, but I ordered a drink. I was very pleased with my drink, and the service was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I went here for the first time this week. The hostess / waitress was very kind and pleasant. But my wife and I weren’t really happy with the rest. The coffee tasted burned and was excessively strong like it was brewed many hours earlier and not fresh - we couldn’t drink it. They didn’t have sugar either. The food tasted good and had a pleasant texture and appearance but it didn’t sit well in our stomachs for a while. The water also had some kind of dirt in it so we couldn’t drink it. The atmosphere appeared a bit dark and dingy - I wish it had a more bright, welcoming feel to it. I hope this business does well and thrives, and I’m sure many will enjoy it, but I think there’s some opportunities for improvement.

Felt like my steak sandwich was missing something. And it wasn't overcooked steak because that was there. Realized after I ate 3/4 of it there were zero onions. Perhaps the cook thought the sprouts were onions?? Curly fries weren't hot or crispy. Overall, would consider giving them another try but only because of limited options in Everett. TLDR: just get takeout. good food, terrible service.
Ive been to this joint close to a dozen times now. ive given it many chances because the food is truly really good, and its one of the only all vegan places in this area.
Get the fried pickles for sure, and the wings are great. as well as the chicken sandwich and the breakfast sandwiches. like i said, great food, maybe a bit pricey but not unreasonable by any means.
But the service is just really, really bad. and im not talking about forgetting a water refill.
- im talking about waiting 45 mins for a menu when theres no other tables waiting,
- waiting another hour for fried apps that should take 20 minutes max,
- Getting the sodas you ordered 15 minutes after your entree,
- getting messy appetizers and having to hunt your server down for napkins (or anything else you ask for. box, silverware, etc) you never got because they often dissappear for 20 minutes at a time even if they just left your table to get something you requested.
- etc
id say just get takeout. the dining experience is truly just frustrating. im not difficult at all, i work in the industry myself, but at this point its kind of just depressing to dine in.

We got the Buffalo wings and steak sandwich with fries and both felt way more filling than the standard non-vegan fare. Paid $5 for a can of hard cider, which was a delightful price to hear. Our server was super kind and friendly and the place had a fun atmosphere. Looking at the social media page for this restaurant, I was really pleased to see they do live music and night markets! I live a little far away, but we'll definitely be back to try more options!

Food and menu were delicious. Rating a 4 because the lavender drinks we got were heavy handed on the syrup, and we had to find someone to ask about closing out our tab at the end.
The food was delicious. I highly recommend the ghost pepper chikkn burger!

We’ve been in Everett for the past couple weeks and have picked up takeout from the Bayside Café on several occasions. We really liked the yo egg burger and the burrito is enough for two people. We will definitely be going back.
Had to revisit for a more accurate review. The food quiet was very poor. No lettuce on any of our burgers, the fired food was very salty. The services is just horrible wait times and no checking up after our food was finally brought out.

Ironically feels very young in a place that is so relatively old. Business space was previously the China Doll Chinese Restaurant for at least 50 years. The Bayside's menu is American style diner, drive-in or pub-fare, all vegan. This is not health food, except healthy for the animals. Enjoyed fresh-cut deepfried mushrooms, several dipping sauces, and the Scorpion Burger with fries. Would have any of them again.
Their local draft beer menu has improved. Something from Everett and Snohomish, in fact: Sound to Summit Brewing. Excellent.

Really good vegan food. Try the mushrooms, they were amazing. Yummy drinks too. Atmosphere could use an upgrade. Remnants of the old Chinese restaurant remain.

What a wonderfully neural vegan space! The artwork and messages are so.fun. The food is great, I had the swiss chickun sandwich. The fries are greatest ever, even our non-veg crew were impressed. The prickly pear mimosa - WOW

We initially came here to play a show but the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. The food was great, atmosphere great, acoustics fantastic, and the great people running the bar at the time were killer. Also vegan options is a huge plus. Would come again even if we weren't playing a show here.

We met with friends for lunch and all agreed we’d return one day! Bacun Swiss Chikun for two of us, fysh sandwich for other two, and a pile of French fried mushrooms for all. Most excellent and filling! We liked the friendly service, funky decor, and booth seating as well.
Excellent vegan restaurant. Ghost chicken + tots were delicious.
