We stopped in to watch the Seahawks game this last Sunday and have always liked this bar, which is why we came back. The bartender working earlier in the shift was great — friendly, efficient, and kept the line moving even though it was very busy.
Around the middle of the game, a second bartender came on (an older woman with dark hair), and the atmosphere immediately changed. The line grew longer, and she appeared overwhelmed and visibly irritated. There was eye-rolling, sighing, and rude behavior toward both customers and the other bartender, which several people around us noticed.
I really like this place, but that kind of attitude and unprofessional behavior will run a bar into the ground. Energy and hospitality matter, especially during busy events, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

This is an outstanding dive bar. Dark, cozy, and friendly. The house playlist on TouchTunes is great, diverse and eclectic. Most of the people that play music keep it that way. The staff is friendly, food is only fries, drinks are simple but good.

I had a very negative experience at Fireplace Bar. My tab did not match what was posted to my bank account — I was charged over $60 more than I authorized.
When I tried to address the issue over the phone, the bartender was unhelpful and had an attitude. The bar continued serving people who were clearly overly intoxicated, and one extremely drunk patron was even behind the bar, which felt unsafe.
If the bar or bartender needed extra money badly enough to take it from customers, they could’ve just asked.. that would’ve been more honest than quietly adding charges. Unfortunately, professionalism and accountability were nowhere to be found. I would not recommend this place.

Called this bar to inquire. The person who answered the phone gave off bad Energy. Giving the bad interaction with the employee, I still wanted to see if perhaps it would be better in person. The person who appeared to be a Trans,was the only person present. Her demeanor was so negative, despite nobody present, had her attitude been more welcoming, I would have at least gotten a drink. Not to mention the place smelled like Is mold and mildew! I wont be back for sure. Tried to be supportive and I got nothing but Disappointment! 10/01/25 She needs to be fired ! Word to Mgt, this unhappy person is causing you to lose business!

I brought my friends for some pool and was told that we might want to find a bar more inline with type of crowd. My friends are LGBTQ And made to feel unwelcome.

I walked a mile to have a good walk and to relax at 7 at night. I've been to this place many times.
I have no idea why people have said the place is above zero. It is a total zero. 0!!!!!!!
Bathroom had piss all over the floor. Not a little bit but a huge puddle of it all over the place.
The whole time I was there, the bartender was asking me if I was going to order anything else like she had to make a sale. Very rude too.
After piss all over the floor and being treated like a non-local just because I don't go there every day, I will never go there again because the first time I was there with my sister and brother years ago the bartender didn't even put any tequila in the margaritas they were so weak.
