I thoroughly enjoyed this place. Spent a few hours here with work friends.

I had the rise and shine Burger, right up there to be the best burger I've had. I very much enjoyed this.

Incredibly disappointed in this place. We came in at 6ish on a Monday after a longggg shift at the hospital down the street. There was one server and two cooks with about 10 people including my wife and I. Ordered the pineapple margarita and was disappointed. Lacked flavor, and I really don’t think there was even a full shot of tequila in there. Oh well, maybe they’re not known for their cocktails - I looked past this and just ordered a Kona on the second drink.
On to the food - I ordered the “sticky snout” which was a peanut butter, honey, and bacon burger. My wife ordered the mushroom Swiss burger, both with fries. Wow I have never had a drier and more burnt burger in my life! And at an almost $20 price point each! Both of us could only finish half of our burgers because they were so burnt. We also had originally ordered 2 ranches with our meal, which we never received despite asking our server about it three separate times. And we were still charged for them. I *rarely* leave a plate full of food but I couldn’t even enjoy the fries because we never got our ranch, and the ketchup at our table was out.
I totally understand that it’s hard being a server - we still tipped 18% but man that was really some terrible service on top of the food already being bad.
I was really hoping this could be a good spot, we always try to support small businesses and especially veteran owned ones. Unfortunately, they fell incredibly short in every category.
Overall, we spent $72 on the margarita, two beers, and the two burgers. A $12 tip brings the total to $84, a very disappointing waste of my money.

My husband and I stayed in Everette for my birthday. I was looking for a place with good food and cocktails. The Flying Pig was the only restaurant I’ve ever known in Washington to serve one of favorite cocktails, The Pain Killer. And it was delicious!!! Our server made a special birthday shot for me also, and it tasted amazing. The food was outstanding, the service was great, and the atmosphere was a vibe! Thank you for helping make birthday special! We will definitely stop again when we are back in town!

Came for a bite pre-Tips game. They got rid of the shoestring fries and served regular limp fries. So sad. The waitress who is apparently the new manager seemed overwhelmed, and the place seemed short-staffed. Too many food options with no solid winners. It was so dark we had to use the flashlight apps on our phones to read the menu. In short, disappointing.

The Flying Pig is Everett’s perfect dive bar—friendly bartenders, strong pours, and fair prices. Laid-back vibe with locals, good tunes, and bar games, plus TVs for the game. No frills, just great drinks and good people.

Amazing service, the food was perfect for anyone that loves pork dishes. Sisco was a perfect host and even does the best truffle shuffle this side of Astoria!!! Ask him!!

Cute little place. Great food, good drinks and we will definitely be returning. My husband couldn't stop talking about his sandwich all night lol. Can't wait to try some of their sandwiches myself!

The service was to the point and direct while also maintaining a sort of cold nature. I love the idea of giving a out 13 fries with a burger there's some dive bars around here that give a couple handfuls and it just goes to waste so shout out there standards for portion control. I got their standard burger with bacon and bleu cheese, going for a black and bleu vibe. The Bleu cheese was above standard quality however my burger was a bit dry and my bacon was quite chewy but that might just be their standard. Also any place on washington should have more than one cider on tap, we are in apple country! All in all an okay experience and if I go out on a Tuesday when my 3 favorite places are closed I would go there again. But on circumstantialy

Been here 3 times. Last night was epic fail. I don’t know if it’s staffing issues or what. But on a Friday night and with a concert nearby you’d think they would be ready. It took 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Took almost an hour to get our food order. The waitresses have to do double duty and bartend too. So they ignore those of us sitting and waiting for food and drinks. People were leaving before getting food because they were frustrated and needed to get to the concert. The food was ok. Just ok. It’s too bad because my previous two times there it was good. They just seemed to not be able to handle a full crowd. Because of that I doubt I will be back.

I am guessing folks don’t actually go here for the food! My flatbread had only one of the 4 listed ingredients on it. Maybe a new chef? I suggest when you order, you verify exactly what you’ll get!
