Great music selection and atmosphere
I felt like I was sitting in a walk-in fridge. 30 minutes after ordering, food came out room temp which is weird because nobody else was ordering food (I could even see the pass.) The server came by twice in roughly 1.5 hours, I had to go up to the bar to order another drink and it wasn't even kind of busy. Weird place that has potential but it ain't there yet.

Fries and onion rings took about 35 minutes to arrive at our table even though there were zero other people ordering food. Fries were hot on arrival and onion rings were room temp.
It's December and about 45 degrees outside and the AC is running... it's absolutely freezing in here to point that other patrons are joking about it being warmer outside. There is literally a freezing cold breeze well inside the building. In 90 minutes our waitress visited our table one time in addition to taking the order and dropping the food. I assure you that it's not because she's busy there aren't many patrons. We saw 2 other parties come and go quickly after realizing how cold it was. It was really bad all around. Can't recommend.

My small party of family walked in on a Saturday around 5:00pm and the place was already pretty full due to the Tips hockey game starting at the nearby arena. We did manage to find open seats near the bar and went ahead and sat down. We were not greeted by the staff and I immediately felt like we made a mistake by going here. We decided to give the place a chance and try the drinks and food anyway since we really didn't have time to change venues before the game started. I ordered a beer which came fast but then waited over 20 minutes for a side of salad and the sliders to come out. Both were good but pricey for the size. The other two in my party ordered a burger to split which took a bit longer and when I went to the bathroom I noticed the burger was sitting under the heat ready for delivery. It sat there another 5 minutes or so before it was delivered to our table. The burger tasted okay but lacked sauce. It was overpowered by the onion rings on the patty. The food was pretty average and for the price I would expect the staff to at least make you feel welcome by greeting you with a smile or appreciating your business. I was also disappointed how this establishment mentions they are Veteran owned on their website. I'm a Veteran also and ironically will not be coming back.

The Flying Pig is a delight. The service was excellent, even though they were busy, which I think is the mark of a great food and drink establishment.
The atmosphere was enjoyable. The playlist of Eighties classic hits was fun (and for those of us of a certain age, nostalgic), and the wall of HD screens above the bar was a pleasant, but not obtrusive distraction.
Our server, whose name I failed to catch, was an attentive young man who made sure to let us know what was happening with our delayed order (again, they were very busy). So that was extremely thoughtful. He earned his tip!
The beer and cider selections were tasty. (I can't speak to the alcoholic choices.) Non-alcoholic choices were also available. The menu was a varied selection of pub grub. The French dip was superb, but my cheese burger was a little on the charred side, but I attribute that to the busy-ness while I was there. (And this is the only reason why I didn't give them a five star.)
So, if you're looking for a fun, welcoming place for food and drink, I really do recommend the Flying Pig. I entirely plan on eating there again on my next trip to Everett.

This place really saved my bacon! Three days before my 50th birthday party the venue that I had reserved months ago canceled on me and closed their doors for good. I was scrambling to find a place in downtown Everett that would accommodate my group on such short notice.
I emailed the flying pig and they responded quickly letting me know that their event room was available the day and time that I needed.
Communication back-and-forth was excellent and I soon felt so much relief. Even though it was a last-minute reservation the service was excellent. The food was delicious and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We will, for sure, be using their event room again and visiting the restaurant on a regular basis. Highly recommend!

Really good food at a good price, the bartender waiter was great, but the other waitress was a disaster

I'm assuming this might be a great place for drinks... when it comes to the food, specifically the burgers, it is "hole in the wall" quality, quality restaurant pricing ($18 for burger and fries)
The burger is described as fresh/never frozen (which would justify a high priced burger) and shoestring fries. Instead, my burger had the frozen lines around the edge of the patty that you always see on meat frozen before cooked and the fries were typical fat fries.
When I explained the discrepancy between what I ordered and what was delivered, the manager started by telling me that sometimes you don't get what you hoped for and then proceeded to tell me about how she was the best server with the best customer service there is. She also let me know that the meat comes in fresh and then it freezes in their walk-in if it is not sold fast enough...
So I pointed out to her that her menu says "NEVER frozen," which I agree, should raise the price of the burger. That said, I did not get the shoestring fries nor did I receive a fresh/never frozen burger, but I did pay the full price and even tipped $1 (on a to-go order). She tells me that I am the only customer who has ever had an issue with the fries and the burger and that there is absolutely nothing that she will do about it... "that's just what happens sometimes."
I went there due to good reviews and I paid a high price ($18) for a burger and fries due to its menu description. 3 hours later, I am very hungry again and went to have a conversation with the manager and received a terrible attitude. I am writing this review to pay it forward to the next person looking for a local burger spot with good food that fits the menu description AS WELL AS the price and a manager who will handle discrepancies with grace...
This restaurant is not a place where you go for food
EDIT: Notice the owner's response: "Spam"
This is the type of customer service you can come to expect from these people. If you don't believe me, go there and see for yourself... you'll see that they charge $18 for for a burger and fries (which is the most expensive burger and fries in Everett) and that will be proof enough. I am leaving this here because I know that if they will not update their menu to admit they are selling lower quality food, then they definitely will not update their menu to lower the cost for that lower quality food. But I am telling you now, every single burger spot in Everett cost less and taste better. I am not marketing to any one in particular, but every direction is up from here. Best of luck

Posted hours may not be accurate. I arrived after the opening time on Saturday and it appears to not have anyone here. Not going to rate low since I've not had a chance to try it out yet.

Google and building both say the place opens at 1 but it's 1:30 and there's nobody even in the building.

Food left something to be desired. The Poutine was under salted and the southwest salad was lacking flavor. The French Dip was quite good.
I'm sure the rest of their menu is awesome, just wasn't thrilled with what we ordered.

You would be hard pressed to find a better bar in this area. The food is pretty well prepared and the service is excellent. Everett’s overall laid back atmosphere mixes well with the responsive and friendly vibes from this bar. Music is kept at a modest volume which makes it easy enough to have conversations without distractions.
Pork might be their main selling point, but imo the star of my dining experience was the Nutella Cheddar and Bacon Burger. A great spin on the peanut butter variant some people might be familiar with, especially for those who absolutely abhor peanuts.
Their cocktail menu is also pretty good, loads of variety and creative use of bitters and spices makes the experience taste as modern as the atmosphere feels.
This bar receives my highest recommendation, definitely worth a try.
