It’s not dog friendly. I don’t know why Google lists this as dog friendly. I was told no dogs allowed when I was getting a to-go order and my dog is well behaved.She bothered no one, sat when I got to the counter and I was inside for a minute.Plus coffee and food is not really noteworthy compared to some of the other shops in town. Kind of a bummer the vibe is off here.*Edit: The reason why this review is necessary and important is because a lot of individuals right now are being forced to travel with dogs for long distances due to more strict airline regulations on transporting animals. People will travel many miles out of the way to a restaurant Google lists as accommodating to pets, because rest stops are not accommodating and people will break a car window if a dog is inside for a short time. If a “No pets” is listed on the building and not online. Someone from out of the area won’t know until they get there. Reviews stating ”no dogs” in this case are important. Also the employees do not ask if a dog is a service animal as per federal guidelines, they simply will tell you no dogs which could make the establishment come across as inaccessible to people requiring a service animal.

Haven’t tried their food yet but I’ll be back! My drink order was perfect, the atmosphere was totally chill (in a warm way) and inviting. Nice, comfy, open spaces to lounge and hangout without being crammed into strangers. Great place, I’ll definitely be adding as one of my regular spots!

Consistent quality, quick professional service. Fidalgo bay coffee. Been here multiple times, the coffee has been great each time.Good amount of seating, tables and comfy chairs out front. More seating and tables available in the back.Parking: Street parking is easy to find within a block or less.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor. Flat level entrance. Lots of table and chair options.Sidewalks are in good repair, mostly flat. Curb ramps at the intersections.

Went in and ordered a blended drink with 2 extra shots I tasted it it didn’t have the extra shots . So I asked if I could get them since that’s the way I ordered it only to be told that’s not how they usually make the drink I said okay can u make my drink like I asked tho or can I have the two shots of espresso on the side the proceed to argue with me until she then said fine I’ll remake your drink for you ! At this piint it was a definite no thank you and I won’t be coming back ! This is after the older lady over charged me so instead of asking what I’d like to be done they refund me and charge my card again for the correct amount sure the first thing was a mistake but the overall situation wasn’t customer services based and wasn’t professional !

Well that wasn't great, owners daughter and manager completely failed for customer service...they used to be great, but nicking for extra cream?..tipping a dollar plus..then after specifically asking about a refill they claimed she said 12oz only...wow things have changed here!Horrible job and horrible customer service for a 5$ plus cup of Joe... ?Too bad there's no half star for reviews!
There are some good tea options here which is good for non coffee drinkers. I saw some board games and puzzles which would be good for entertainment if you want to hang out. It's pretty dark inside, the lights are dim and the windows are only upfront, doesn't feel as inviting as other coffee shops with great lighting and plants. The team here is good though.
