Our favoritest drink venue! Great atmosphere, great service, AMAZING drinks!
Come for the lovely historic building by the water. The Weyerhauser Building was moved into this site and has been lovingly restored. The food is just ok but the coffee was good and the ambiance can't be beaten.

This is a very unique coffee house, which is self described as a coffee museum. It’s an old house, converted to a coffee house by day & whiskey bar by night! A very cool place to enjoy morning coffee & treats right on the waterfront in Everett, WA!

Nestled on the waterfront in Everett, The Muse offers a truly unique experience, transitioning from a cozy coffee shop in the morning to a chic whiskey bar by evening. With ample parking available, you won’t have to worry about finding a spot, but I highly recommend making reservations during the summer months when outdoor seating is in high demand. The romantic atmosphere, especially with views of the water, makes it a perfect spot for a special occasion or a relaxing evening.
The menu may not be extensive, but it has just enough variety to satisfy without overwhelming, and the food is delicious. The service was exceptional—our server offered excellent suggestions that enhanced our meal. I celebrated my birthday here, and it was done with style, without being overly expensive. I will definitely be back to The Muse, whether for a morning coffee or an evening drink. Highly recommended!

What a find. Almost walked past this place as it looked closed from the outside. Fabulous historic interior decor and excellent ☕. Great for meetings with friends or on business. Dropped by too early for the Whiskey bar to be open. Definitely worth checking out.

WOW! This place is truly extraordinary. The building itself, which has been exquisitely renovated, is worth the visit alone. And the marina view is gorgeous. We also had the absolute best pumpkin coffee drink we’ve ever had. AND it was less expensive than Starbucks, and it came in a nice big coffee mug. The Muse has a limited selection of well-priced pre-made breakfast sandwiches: both of ours were really tasty. Best of all is the outstanding service: Kinsa made us feel so welcome. Some of the best and most thoughtful service we’ve had in a long time. We will definitely be back. This place is special. All the different rooms are cozy, elegant, and inviting. Why go to a corporate coffee joint when you can have an a true experience. Go here!

Overall, it was a really good experience we do wish they had more food options. With just
opening at five p.m. and having scant and expensive offers is a big of a letdown in this really cool atmosphere. It would be great to see a soup or two along with some other kinds of small plate eats like small handheld( sandwiches), salads, stuffed dates, or even dip offerings. These are all easy and don't require a full kitchen.
While I look forward to coming back here I how to see the menu offerings expand overtime for a more elevated experience.

I had to leave a review which I rarely do. I've been coming to this coffee bar regularly once or twice a month with friends because it's convenient. The service had been barely acceptable and extremely slow and inefficient. Then the other day I found it so pleasant I couldn't believe it! The staff gave their full cheerful attention to customers. They served beautiful lattes way more quickly and then came to pick up our used plates so we didn't have to bus! What a difference. Now I can stop complaining about the business and recommend it which I've already started doing.

The Muse has excellent coffee and lots of options from Macrina Bakery to snack on. It's a wonderful atmosphere although there is limited seating on a cold, rainy day due to half the tables being outside but they preserved all the rooms and made it very cute. The staff is always fairly nice and I do really enjoy coming here. I have yet to try the cocktails. Thanks!
I gave this five stars —despite the food not having much flavor (other than the raspberry oat scone, see photo :-)—because the service and atmosphere are outstanding and it is a unique place to hang out, AND their new daytime manager, Samantha, is so warm and hospitable! Additionally, their lattes and cappuccinos are very well crafted and beautiful!
I sent these two pics to a friend and wrote, “I didn’t like this at all” ?

We had reservations for the whiskey bar. Our drinks were served the same time as our food. The food and drinks were subpar. We ordered the bone marrow that came with two heavily burnt crostinis, so much so that it completely overpowered the flavor of the marrow. Unfortunately it was not the experience we were hoping for.
