The wait time was rather unacceptable. After waiting in line today for 20 minutes, I left to another coffee stand. Upon leaving the other coffee shop and driving by this one, the same cars were still in line.
I understand that "life happens" however, if you don't have the staff available to operate, stay closed for the day.

These guys were great. Sad someone bought all the kolaches but I'll be back for them. The ladies at the stand were amazing and I loved my spooky san Marcos river drink!

If you are looking for amazing drinks, delicious espresso and friendly service, you need to come by The Texan.
They have some creative drink recipes, (my favorite are their cookiebutter latte and their Waco dirty soda) the staff go above and beyond to be a bright spot in everyone’s day, not to mention their bacon siracha pastries are to die for!
If by some small chance, they get your drink wrong they will remake it without batting an eye! The staff truly are the most kind and fun people.

This is a coffee stand and I have never had to pay for my drink before the drink being made then on top of that the whole time my drink was being made the lady had the window closed! I will never come back here again

An entry that came of out nowhere to the silver lake area. I enjoy cafe's and coffee stands; there are so many in WA. That being said The Texan enters the top 5 for me! Texas themed everything AND they have CRISPITOS.
Baristas and owners have soul, very very very community people and this is a community spot, which I'm grateful for because most stands just throw you out the minute you buy something. This is a great together spot for morning walks.

I absolutely love this spot for grabbing coffee while walking the dog. They have a wide variety of drinks and very new ones. I would say my favorite is the 1885, had no idea dr. pepper could pair so well with espresso. The owners are always super friendly and the prices are very reasonable for the size and quality of their beverages. I also haven't been to a coffee stand where they ask you to try it first to make sure you are satisfied with it. This shows they care about their customers and want everyone to enjoy a good beverage.

What a great find for me today! Needed some coffee after dropping kiddo off for an early morning soccer practice. Ran out of the house without caffeination. I googled ‘coffee near me’ and The Texan came up. Being a transplant from the lone star state I was curious. Well they were full of Texas hospitality, a hard working young man kept cool through technical difficulties and made sure I got exactly what I’d ordered. The drink menu is expansive, with lots of very original combinations. Next time I’ll try more food, but the banana pudding is delicious! I had a very good mellow (not burnt tasting) iced latte, that I definitely recommend. I think this will become a regular stop during soccer practice season.
