An entry that came of out nowhere to the silver lake area. I enjoy cafe's and coffee stands; there are so many in WA. That being said The Texan enters the top 5 for me! Texas themed everything AND they have CRISPITOS.
Baristas and owners have soul, very very very community people and this is a community spot, which I'm grateful for because most stands just throw you out the minute you buy something. This is a great together spot for morning walks.

I absolutely love this spot for grabbing coffee while walking the dog. They have a wide variety of drinks and very new ones. I would say my favorite is the 1885, had no idea dr. pepper could pair so well with espresso. The owners are always super friendly and the prices are very reasonable for the size and quality of their beverages. I also haven't been to a coffee stand where they ask you to try it first to make sure you are satisfied with it. This shows they care about...

They have some creative drink recipes, (my favorite are their cookiebutter latte and their Waco dirty soda) the staff go above and beyond to be a bright spot in everyone’s day, not to mention their bacon siracha pastries are to die for!
If by some small chance, they get your drink wrong they will remake it without batting an eye!...
