The food was pretty mediocre - they got our order wrong and 2/4 of the flavors were incorrect for our wings. We also tried the voodoo fries, and the Cajun seasoning on that was just awful. I got the regular cheese fries with my meal and it was.... okay? Two stars because we still ate most of the food (minus the voodoo fries) and the wait wasn't too bad for us. We called ahead and waited a bit when we got there, but the people at the counter told walk-in customers that it was around 40 minutes. Personally I would not wait 40 minutes for food here and would probably not eat here again!

So it's kind of funny, I've been thinking about coming here for some time but just had never managed to remember when I was in the area. Well tonight I finally decided to go so i ordered some thighs and corn. Let's start with the thighs, if indeed that's what they truly are were were dry and except for less then a handful 90% of both orders were about the size of a piece of popcorn. And let's not forget the corn, to take 1 regular piece of corn, cut it into 5 pieces and then charge 4 bucks for it. Well at least I learned my lesson and won't ever make that mistake again. I'll make sure to share this new found knowledge with all that I can.

Came from marysville in the rain and I was highly dissatisfied with my meal. The customer service was okay, the guy who took our order was nice and did nothing wrong. We were told it would be 20-25 minutes so my boyfriend and I waited in the car and my boyfriend went in within that time frame. After a total of 20 more minutes or so of waiting I texted my bf for an update. About 8 minutes later he finally came back to the car with our food. We waited basically an hour for this. Everything we ordered was in there but the wait was not it. It probably comes down to low staffing, the fact that it was a Sunday and raining. In terms of the food the wings here are incredibly salty maybe it's just the boneless that are that way? The sauce on my wings wasn't tossed to properly coat each wing. The most disappointing part of all this were the rolls. I had been most looking forward to those and craving them but when I took them out of the bag they even LOOKED cold I didn't even have to touch or eat them. Once I picked one up I was immediately upset they were just as I suspected: cold, hard and difficult to eat. One roll had a huge center missing. Just a mess. Even when I attempted to reheat them at home they remained a bad texture compared to the other times I'd eaten them in the past. Idk if they were some rolls that had been sitting there for a while or whatever happened. Either way an employee had to have looked at those rolls and placed them in my bag without a second thought. If I had personally looked in the bag that contained the rolls instead of relying on my bf's quick check, I would've seen how bad they were and went back in for fresh ones. I'll definitely be reaching out to the store or even the franchise owner if necessary because this is ridiculous. Oh, and my total was $40 this place is expensive and can't even deliver a quality meal.

We have ordered from here 4 times since they opened. The food is actually good for the fast food that it is. The problem is that out of those 4 times we have only gotten all of what we ordered 1 time. In addition to that we have ordered it as delivery because football was on and nobody had business driving. Their response was to come to the store and get what they left off after I told them we had gotten delivery because we were drinking. This last time I was told that they would replace the items for me on the next order. We called today and there was no record of that in addition to that, I was left on hold for over 30 min waiting for a manager. (I gave up at that point.)

Let me preface this review by stating that I am not a wing lover; my wife is. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. It seems that all orders, in person, called in or online take 18 minutes. This location doesn't offer dine-in seating which I found annoying. Another COVID excuse. On Monday and Tuesday, boneless wings are $0.70 each. My wife ordered the bone-in 8-pc classic meal for $13.29: Garlic Parmesan and Cajun with regular fries. She loved the Cajun wings and thought the Garlic Parmesan wings were ok. We both thought the fries were limp and soggy. I ordered the boneless 8-pc classic meal for $11.99: Mango Habanero and Atomic with veggie sticks. Both of mine were tasty. The ranch dressing for my veggie sticks was watered down and barely clung to my veggies. Service was ok. Prices seem a bit high to me; however, I'm not a wing eater so I may be wrong. My wife will continue to order carry-out from Wing Stop while I will choose to dine elsewhere.

Perhaps the manager has no industry experience? It seems like they are always running behind and swimming upstream despite their number of staff. I've ordered here twice and both times it has taken almost an hour to get my supposedly fast food. Today the website said 18-23 minutes, I was running late so I showed up 40 minutes later. My order wasn't even started. I received my food about 50 minutes after my order was sent. The last time I was here there were staff talking to each other despite literal hordes of customers. The food is very good, I just have to question why this place is slow as molasses.

The customer service I received upon entering from Makailah was exciting! She gave her recommendation and also let me know what the store did not have in stock. It's the little things that go a long way in customer service industry. She appeared to appreciate her job and customers!

Usually the service here is decent, but this time was terrible I waited over an hour for below average food for only 10 boneless wings. Not only that but one of the workers straight up lied to a costumer about the time their food was ready. It had been sitting for over 30 minutes and she told him that "it just got out", never coming back.

This place has the best wings in here almost every Friday. Customer service top notch always on top of orders and makes sure your taken care of 10/10 recommended. Be sure to get those lemon pepper wings can't be beat!!!

Placed an order for a 3:45 pickup for 75 wings. Its 4:19 and I still haven't received the order. There are 10 people behind the counter and all awkwardly stared and didn't greet me when I walked in. I'm disappointed, I plan to update when I try the wings but this is a really bad first impression. The management and the ones responsible for the training really dropped the ball on this one. Update Got my order at 4:25. Not acceptable. The wings were pretty good, I liked the dry rub best. If this wasn't such a bad customer service experience I would rate this place 3.75 - 4 stars the wings were good sized and well seasoned but the service was complete crap. Did not comp anything and there apology to me was the most unauthentic load of crap.

This has become our weekly treat! Every time we order we are not disappointed!! It always tastes great and we never want to stop eating it. We try and save some for the next day but it's too delicious!! I tell anyone who will listen to try this place and see for themselves how great it is!!

The order was rushed so fast the food wasn't even fully cooked. 80% of my wings were undercooked. And the fries were cold as hell.

A new low. I went against my instincts and decided to give them a chance today, despite their ratings. Oppressive and sad energy in the restaurant, clean enough. At 3:53, ordered half hot wings, half mild, with fries. After I paid (keyword here being after) I was told that the wait would be 18 minutes. I logged into a 15 minute break 30 seconds before I ordered. I begrudgingly waited, hoping they were overestimating the time. I get to the 13 minute mark, ask for a refund since I wouldn't have time to wait, which was refused because "it's almost ready" so ok, I guess I'll just have one or two then heat up the rest when I get home from work. I am now putting my own job on the line to write this, as a service to my community. This food is disappointingly cheap tasting for the abhorrent amount they charge and the laughably inconsiderate wait time. It was soggy, previously frozen, TV dinner level junk. The drink was ok. I attached the photo I took at 4:15 of crows, who will eat anything, walking right passed the crap I threw out, just to give them something to eat. If your food is so bad that crows don't want it, there's a problem. Trust all the other negative reviews of this joke of a restaurant.
