Not a great experience at all. Staff were very unfriendly, food was incredibly mediocre, and prices were way too high for the quality they were serving. Just go to Wasabi across the street, a MUCH better experience.

I ordered for to-go online through Uber eats to save time while I drive from my workplace to pick it up. I even showed the owner the detail of the order on my phone. As soon as I came to pick it up to eat inside, the cashier said I cannot eat inside. This is a first time that I ordered food at a restaurant and can not eat foods at that restaurant. Will never come again.

2025 update: New owners. Not friendly. No more gyoza on arrival. Homemade red sauce is gone. Food went from incredible to average and prices are up to the point it's not worth it anymore.

2014 review: Hands down my favorite Teriyaki joint in the area. Order the spicy chicken. It rocks! Gyoza is also really good. Since it's in a strip mall, I prefer to take it to go!

PERFECT TERIYAKI. Cute little place with a large menu. When you order rolls, they make it, not get it out of batch. When you order multiple kinds of teriyaki, you get a serving of each. Better than Best Teriyaki.

With your terrible attitude I don't trust the food here. He has no pride in running his business.

They have really gone downhill with the new owners so i stopped coming here for a couple years but gave them another chance today and they are worse than before! They used to serve your food on a real plate with real utensils now you get a plastic box with a tiny plastic fork, I prefer fountain soda but they said it doesn't work so I get a plastic bottle of soda, food was OK but the portions seem to have shrunk and they won't accommodate any special dish requests like they used to, I'm here in the middle of lunch hour and there is 1 other person here, this place used to be packed during lunch so what does that tell you, plus their prices have gone way up, I think I used to pay like $14 and today it was $21 for 1 entree and a drink. Guy at the counter seemed very annoyed that i couldnt understand his English because of his thick accent, I won't be back.

The old man at the register was terrible to a kid who was in front of us who was having trouble with the card reader. Yelling at him to do it right. It would have taken him just a few seconds to help the kid.

Fell in love with this place when we first moved to the area 7 years ago! We even call it teriyaki Fridays and consistently order our katsup, spicy chicken and yakisoba 5 stars. The only place that actually makes it spicy!!

First time at this place. Walked in with the gentleman eating his food. And I said hi, first time here and I chose your place versus next door and he was kind of like so what do you want? Zero customer service. I did not quite understand his card machine for payment. So I took it out too soon. He got upset at that. Accidentally did a second time with the wrong button. Still perturbed and I gave him a dollar tip and it said I'll give you a dollar tip I appreciate it. Not even a thank you or not or knowledge that. I kind of wish I never tipped him. Instead of getting up and bringing me my food which most places do, he sat there eating his food and said your food is at the counter..... you need to have some people skills and appreciation for the people that are paying your light bill in your space rent. 0 atm, no customer service, why bother

Ordered chicken and prawns, was told they don’t have that. Pointed to menu offering just prawns. Ordered the chicken. After paying I noticed they indeed did offer a chicken and prawns plate on the menu. Didn’t say anything figured I would order it next time. As I was leaving I stopped to add some soy sauce from an empty table and the counter person told me no. Said I had some inside. I said ok can I get some soy sauce to go and he said no that I had some inside.
I asked what his problem was. I tried to order chicken and prawns and he tried to get me to order just prawns then I asked for soy sauce for the rice and he said no.
If I was a patron for dine in, would I have been denied the soy sauce? Should I have just sat down and eaten from my to go box and added the soy sauce? He just shook his head at me. I closed the food container and left it on the counter. I’d rather waste the money than not enjoy the food.

2nd bad experience here. Service is horrible, guy who is owner is short and rude. Snaps at you and acts like he’s better than everyone else. Do not recommend coming here whatsoever. Much better places all around this place

First time coming in for lunch and was pricey and the bubble tea tastes weird. Appetite was lost after seeing roaches crawling and the owner not really caring when we told him they had roaches. Just said ok and kept Doing what he was doing when the roach was just chillin. Won’t be back

45$ for two meals brought tears to my eyes. Prices not being on the menu should have been enough of a red flag. Guy at the fronts English isn’t very good and he’s a little confrontational. Bland food, just go to chops lol.
