The owner is eccentric. I don’t care because the food is good. I’ll be back.

Came in around four and the owner welcomed us cheerfully! Super sweet man who gave us a few extra pastries since it was the end of the day. The raspberry chocolate croissant and lemon brioche we got were super yummy!
Definitely recommend :)

Randomly stopped here to get breakfast and was so impressed! The owner seemed to be the only one working there, and he was such a warm and friendly person!! The pastries were yummy and well made. I also got a latte which he said would be spicy - I guess it was made cafe touba style and was incredibly delicious, I don't know why all coffee isn't made this way! My friend who normally does not like coffee also loved it!

Such a nice owner! tasty pastries!
I would give it 0 stars if I could. The owner was rude and negligent to my order. I ordered ahead and when I got there he had such an attitude. Very unprofessional.
The owner is such a sweet and happy person, it makes going to the bakery brighten my day. It doesn’t hurt that the baked goods are top notch. My favorite is the raspberry chocolate croissant, jalapeño cream cheese croissant, and the sourdough bread is to DIE FOR.

The place is not remarkable at all. But they make quite tasty pastries. I took croissants with raspberries and turkey. The raspberry ones are tasty, but there is very little filling. The turkey cheese is also tasty.

I absolutely love the pastries here and the sourdough bread is awesome too. They have a special spiced coffee that tastes great too and I’ve never seen it anywhere else. 10/10

This place is great!
We ordered a turkey and cheese croissant, chocolate raspberry croissant, and a caramel macaron. All three were absolutely wonderful and very generously portioned.
The gentleman at the counter could not have been more personable, he was so nice.
Overall, the only downside was that I didn't order more. Seriously, this place is great.

Stopped by on a Sunday morning and it was pretty disappointing… Maybe wondering if the amount of fantastic reviews are made by people that are friends with the owner or if it’s the lack of a GOOD bakery in Everett.
The pastries were very expensive for below average quality. Raspberry croissant was extremely sticky on the outside (???) and the ham and cheese croissant was stale. Not to mention the ambience or the poor service.
Try places like Petit Pierre, T55 or Temple Pastries - you wont regret it.
