I love carbs specifically croissants! The croissants here are good but OMG the Chocolate Cake!!! That’s all you need to know and that will be my birthday this year!Parking: Shared small retail lotPet friendly: NoFamily friendly: YesFOOD:1. Croissants $4.85: 4 Star – This was a last minute decision 30 mins before they closed as we actually planned to for an early dinner at the café a couple of doors down. They had some croissants left and they were a little smaller than I like for the price but very taste. Light layers of butter goodness. MMMMMMM!2. Pain Au Chocolat: $4.90: 4 Star – “Plain” croissants are always my go-to but the chocolate croissants were so big and inviting so it was like a why not. This was really good but I’m always going to take savory over sweet. HA! Yea and next it’s the chocolate cake.3. Chocolate cake: This was the last chocolate cake and I felt bad for it so I added it to my bag as a last minute whim. I am so glad I did!! This was unexpectedly good as it just look like a simple cake, so innocent and unadorn but this is almost as good as the best cake I’ve ever had (which is at Pastisserie Manon in Las Vegas – their Truffle cake). The perfect equal layer of chocolate sponge, chocolate mousse, and chocolate ganache.MENU/RESTAURANT:I actually have no idea if there is a menu LOL I walked in and saw the croissant and it was like that’s what I’m getting. Their website has all their items if anyone is interested. The restaurant is vary sparse and basic. But honestly I love that. To me it means this is a small place that is focused on their pastry and bread ?SERVICE:I stepped in close to closing time so a lot of the items was gone which I felt like the staff would want to be gone. There was only one person working and he was so friendly. I assume he was the baker due to his culinary jacket. He was super friendly and was trying to my two year who was not having any of it LOL.

Cute French shop with a single guy running it. Told us he needs help making coffee if any barista is interested. But yah i don't know anything about French pastry but i thought it was pretty good. Would go back again for the savory croissant and pan au chocolate, lemon was mid could've been sweeter

I stopped by Touba Bakery on a Sunday morning and was greeted with a sweet aroma of fresh baked French pastries and desserts. It was heavenly. LOCATION: Touba Bakery is located in a business plaza with nearest cross streets of Pacific Ave and 112th St SW in Everett, WA. SERVICE: The service from the young lady at the bakery was good. Although she didn't make any recommendations, there were enough sweets (and a variety of them) in the display case to entice us with our picks. MENU OFFERINGS: We went with the Pain Au Chocolate (Chocolate Croissant), 2 Canale, Lemon Meringue Tart, and a couple Turkey & Cheese Croissants for something savory. All were delicious but my favorite was the Canale! A very close second was the Lemon Meringue Tart. Scratch that - it's a tie for both! Equally delicious! AMBIANCE: I'm not sure if they were renovating the inside of the shop (I visited in May 2023) but it looked a bit cluttered inside. Not a big deal for me as we just picked up pastries to go. Overall, I was impressed with this small bakery: they had variety of pastries and desserts to choose from, and some savory items as well. I highly recommend stopping by and picking up a treat or two - oh, why not just make it a box of goodies? :)

Top notch pastries, and friendly service. The croissants are sublime and prices are good. The strip mall it's in is an eclectic mix of businesses, including a really good donut shop.

Nicest people! Their food is amazing!Haven't tried everything yet. But what I have had, has been delicious . I can't imagine there's anything there that would not be delicious. I'm still working my way through. Trying 1 of each .

This is a gem in Lynnwood. The raspberry chocolate croissant I think is the star item. The palmier is flaky and buttery. It is authentic French baking. I don’t know the baker/owner’s name but what a delightful person. It’s truly a treat.

The almond croissant was amazing! So flaky and crunchy. Probably my favorite item we had here. Great selection and everything tasted really fresh! Husband bought 5 items and it was around $26, reasonably priced for the quality of items. They do offer coffee too but we didn't get a chance to try this time. 100% would come again.

The lemon tart tastes like lemon!!! It had an amazing crust, crust can make or break a dish easily, and perfect meringue as well. The macrons are huge, a delicious lil bakery. Some window paintings of sweets may help it stand out it’s easy to miss but worth going back for! So
