Despite the name, Visible Coffee Roasters is hilariously hard to spot, tucked away in the back corner of the Silver Firs plaza. But once you find it? Totally worth it. The coffee is exceptional, the baristas are friendly, and the space is clean, modern, and welcoming. Great place to work, chill, or impress your coffee-snob friends. Pro tip: don’t try to find it without Google Maps, unless you enjoy treasure hunts.

Great coffee shop on the corner! Always a welcoming vibe, good suggestions from the staff, and a very attractive atmosphere and interior.

Very nice looking store/coffee place. Coffee is a bit overpriced. Nice atmosphere to sit and read or study. I had a meeting with a couple of guys and we chose to sit outside. Overall, we were pleased with everything.

What an absolutely delightful find! I live nearby but had been unaware of this lovely coffee shop till yesterday, when I stopped in late in the day. And now I’m back, second day in a row — I already know I will be a frequent customer. The young women who work here are exceptionally cheerful and friendly. Nice outdoor seating, as well. I’m so happy to have found VCR of Silver Firs.

Okay place. Tried coffee like 3 times there and it still was bad. It’s like watery with burnt coffee taste, idk, it’s weird

Music way too loud, feels over 80 inside. Ask for a small coffee and they list off all the sizes, don’t you know what small means? Maybe just say, small is 8oz, is that OK? What really bothered me, was the bowl is Sahara desert dry concrete you call oatmeal. Extremely expensive and not edible at all. Who serves dry oatmeal to people? I’ve never seen that. No butter, no milk. Here, eat a spoonful of dry oats, brown sugar and cinnamon… good luck, here is a chisel.

Everywhere I go, I specifically find coffee roasters or places that make housemade sauces/syrups. Everyday of my travels, I specifically try a different coffee spot. We travel every week and have tried places all over the country. Prefacing this, this is one of the best places I have tried, not only in the Seattle area but in general. The cortado flight was amazing and allowed us to try all their housemade syrups. Smooth milk, still able to taste the coffee over the flavors, and the flavors were the perfect balance of sweetness (favorites were lavender and vanilla bourbon). I had to buy the beans for my home espresso machine! The only disappointment was that they didn't have their syrups to buy to take home (which I never ask about at other places). So many interesting combinations of flavors compared to other places too!

I've been a daily regular at Visible Coffee in Silver Firs for several months now. From the moment you walk in, you feel the _Visible vibe_ -- open, inviting, and unpretentious. The layout draws you in, with a wrap-around bar where you can sit and watch a team of knowledgeable, competent staff at work.

The owner, is genuine and accessible. It's clear he cares deeply about both his team and the experience they create. His leadership sets the tone -- the space feels grounded, intentional, and welcoming.

Vinny, the manager, is a huge part of that feeling. She brings vision, deep knowledge of coffee, and a clear understanding of how to run a community-based coffee shop. Her presence and leadership help make the shop not just a place to grab coffee, but a place people want to be.

The design fits into the modern coffee house style without falling into clichés. The further in you go, the better the experience becomes -- it's elevated, but never pretentious. Thoughtful. Human.

Visible Coffee has become part of my daily rhythm -- not just because of the quality coffee, but because of the environment they've created. Highly recommended. ~Cory

Really clean with decent food options and above average espresso. In a league of its own in Silver Firs.

They have various flights, which are really fun for a date: matcha flights, cortado flights, drip coffee flights, and espresso macchiato flights. Tons of indoor space and a small but peaceful outdoor space as well.

Very nice coffee shop with a great atmosphere. Perfect place to go and do your studying with lots of power plugins for computers. I highly recommend this coffee shop as a place to go to hang out or go on a coffee date.

It was alright but wasn’t my favorite. The coffee was kind of bland

A truly amazing place. Very comfortable and neat. I needed a place to study and can say is my favorite spot so far. The food and drinks were better than I have expected and the service was another level. I truly appreciate those people who make this place such a wonderful place.
