I made an order online. Drove there which took 10 minutes after I ordered so it would be done when I got there. I then walked up to the window to be completely ignored for 20 minutes even though there was 1 person in the drive through and my order had been sitting there done and ready. By the time he came up to the window he didn’t even act like I was going to order. He opened the window, didn’t saw anything and kept his hand on it like he was going to immediately shut it. I’ve never had a bad experience here until today. That’s not acceptable to treat your customers like that. I get waiting 5-10 minutes but 20? Come on..

80% of the time our order is made incorrectly. It's very frustrating. How do you mistake Bacon for Steak? They also tried to tell me that their bacon breakfast doesn't come with potatoes but it's listed right on the menu. Sure enough, get home, and it has potatoes! I was charged $1 for extra egg but still got potatoes. Just not worth the disappointment of my order being wrong. Went over to Memos.

Service was fine, PROBLEM
The problem is we had 2 steak burrito and one steak quesadilla and the meat was terrible. SO MUCH GRISSEL ON THE MEAT. Couldn’t chew half the meat. Won’t be back unless they change that

This place is open 24/7!!! If you are coming into work super early or leaving super late this is a great place to grab some food. The breakfast burritos are great and its actually a pretty big burrito so definitely worth the price. They also come with red and green sauce. The green sauce is better in my opinion. Definitely worth trying the food here!!

I believe employees should be taught not to purposely tap the cars waiting at the drive-thru window while walking into work. Order was incorrect also.

24 hour spot. Pretty sure drive thru only. Quick. Seems weird for a fast Mexi food spot but the shrimp burrito is phenomenal. I know...but trust.

UPDATE 1/30/2025. I stopped in early afternoon yesterday and spoke with the manager on duty. She quickly refunded the incorrect charge and took responsibility for the staff's error. Very professional and I appreciate that! Changed service to a 4 star today.

Only my 2nd time ordering from this place. A chicken chimichanga with rice and beans. Received the order without rice and beans and my debit card was charged $10.98 and again $14.48. WTH? Called to try and get my money back but there's no one who can speak english. Reporting to my bank as fraud tonight. The food was crappy anyway. Take your business to anyplace else!

We went thru the drive-thru to order. The girl who was taking orders couldn't understand what we were saying. She kept repeating the wrong food back to us and we had to keep correcting her. The order was simple- 3 things but when we got home, we had the incorrect items.
Called them trying to let them know and the same girl answered the phone & still had a hard time understanding. She hung up on me twice! I tried calling back a 3rd time but the phone just rang. I was very patient, didn't raise my voice or say anything negative to her. I am very frustrated to say the least. My suggestion to Washington Burrito on Evergreen in Everett is to use the right people in the positions that can impact your business in the best way possible. If, as an employer, you choose to put employees on the intake/order window that struggle to understand languages other than their primary- You need to do better. This was not Good Customer Service. Our family will not be going back.

Be prepared to wait for the employees to finish on their phone before making your order.

The business says they are improving every day but I went back again and it's the same thing. Employees are more worried about their phone than getting customer's orders.
