I've had more than one bad experience here with the night shift. Tonight about 15 minutes before closing I decided to go get food, so I pulled up to the drive-thru. The automatic voice asked me what I want to order, but no human ever comes on. I said hello? then I sat there and waited. I waited and waited in case they were busy, because it was not closing yet, but nobody ever came on. This is just one of many bad experiences at night at this particular location but enough is enough. Its not like I pulled up at 12:59, I was there a full 15 min before close. At the very least somebody could have came across the speaker and said that they were closing early or something. But to simply just ignore me is so rude and disrespectful and that's not how you treat your customers. I like wendys food but either I will visit another location when I can or opt for a different restaurant nearby until they fix their customer service issues.

Usually I come here and get decent service. Tonight I went through a little after 9pm and the workers in there were disrespectful, the girl at the window was arguing with customer at the window when I was ordering, she was rude and they made the Pineapple Mango Lemonade with no pineapple syrup and it took the 20 mins to make 2 biggie bags. Next time they’re there I’ll go to Burger King.

Hadn't been there in 10+ years. Decided to walk in. Very clean. The young man at the counter was very courteous and helpful. The food was exactly as I remember it being. Fresh made burgers (baconator) and hot fries. Very nice!

employee at the window is usually nice … however, something evil and twisted is going on with the eggs here, as mine came out covered in blue and green splotches (something that looks like a booger ? and the blue could be sulphur reaction from being severely overcooked, at best, I cannot tell, but it tastes really bad and off from the usual sandwich I know and love). this may have icked me off of wendy’s for a while. Wendy’s… I will miss you.
