Wendy's does boast with Fresh Products I just wish that the beef wasn't so damn fresh that it wasn't cold hot enough to melt the cheese I wish that the cheese would be melted on the burger and the rest of it would be of crisp and then the bun would be nice and toasty that would make for a damn good burger other than that the atmosphere with the not so well individuals aren't there much anymore and if they are they don't give you such a bad feeling sometimes they can if they do I suggest buying a burger they'd appreciate it other than that I'd give it a good rating

The staff were very polite. The arrangement is sketchy. They have security there, so I felt a little better.Parking: There is parking and security walks around it to make sure all is well.

David was a cocky little douchebag that has no business working a customer service job, the rest of the workers weren't any better. Nobody wants to order a meal and be glared or smirked at while they're trying to eat. I would not recommend this location, not unless they get a full staffing revamp.

I've been coming here for a while and always have a decent experience, however, just the other night I had gone through the drive thru and it wasn't until I got home that I realized the chicken nuggets I'd received were ice cold! Who knows how long they'd been sitting out for them to get so cold, feeling disgusting and disappointed. ?

Went there and sat in line for quite awhile. Ordered 2 biggie bags and queso fries. Got home and no burgers! Went back, waited in line again just to have the manager refuse to give me 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers because i.didnt have a receipt which. I'm not even sure I received in the 1st place. I as so angry that i left an email. They did have a different manager call me within the next couple of.days to apologize and offer 2 combo meals for free.It just would have been nice if the manager that night had not inconvenienced me the way he did. I don't think I'll be going back to wendy's

Last Sat night,my friend and I went through the drive thru at the Wendy's in Everett WA on Broadway. We did 2 separate orders. We were told both orders were in the one bag handed to us, but as we pulled out, I realised my order was not in the bag, so I went inside to get my order.I brought my friends receipt on accident at first, so i went back to the car to get mine, and realised they didn't give me a receipt. So when I went back up, I showed him the wendys app that I used for my order.But he stated I need a receipt. Or he couldn't give me my order. I told him we didn't get one, but I was literally just in the drive thru, so my order was probably still there, and I told him what it was. He stated again. I need a receipt. So I asked to speak to the manager, since i believe they had helped the new employee who rang us in the drive thru(so they would recognize us). To which the employee said, "It's going to he a hot minute cause they're busy."So I waited(cause i wanted my food), as I was waiting. This same employee started burping at the register and being really disrespectful.While I was waiting however, another employee came back from break and asked what was going on, and the rude employee told him, I claimed I didn't get my order, but didnt have a receipt. I explained to the new employee what had happened, and he apologized and went right into the back and grabbed my order, which had been sitting in the back in the bag.I thanked him, but also let him know that the other employee had been really rude and stand offish.To which the rude employee stated, "Yup. I'm rude and laughed. "By the time I got my food, it was already cold, but I just wanted to leave.I will never be back to this location. This was a horrible experience. The rude employee had on a puffer jacket, so I couldn't see his name tag, but I did report him to corporate.. but all I got back was an automated response and a $5 credit.....not even half of what my meal cost. They didn't even bother to put my name in their email
