Same exact order except 2 changes. The drinks were different and one was extra cheese. EXACT same amount of cheese on both despite charged for extra, food was basically at the window moment I showed up within a min of ordering including cold drinks that looked to be sitting there waiting as the next orders drinks were already there too, person was very blunt and basically didn't confirm anything and when asked about straws was told spoons and wasn't even asked if I wanted straws. (Frostys but still, if I ask about straws I probably wanted some right?
So to short change

Food may have been premade and kept warm until someone ordered it.
ADDITIONAL EDIT AFTER EATING: my fries are cold cold not lukewarm not room temp. I am legitimately considering reporting this to either Wendy's complaint line, or the health department.

I honestly would love to give zero stars! We live 1 minute down the road and our food was freazing cold. I called and was told idk how we make everything fresh. That is a joke. This is the second time we have tried this Wendy's and its trash. I would eat next door at Dicks and there food is worse but at least its hot

Just went here and the people working the drive-thru were rude and condescending. Also apparently they don't have romaine lettuce anymore, replaced with cheaper shredded crap. Really? Now you can't order a lettuce wrap. It's very disappointing!

They handed me my food with the confidence of a surgeon and the accuracy of a trained sniper.
Awesome drive-thru where I can order 1,500 calories worth of comfort food while still wearing pajama pants.
The milkshake was 93% whipped cream, 7% regret, and 100% too thick to drink without summoning a plumber.

Store was very clean. Workers were very nice. For example I ordered online and when I got there they said if my coffee was cold from sitting just let them know and they’ll pour a new hot cup. Order was perfect. Prices was good with $2 chicken sandwich, $5 or $6 biggie bags. Food was made better than other stores I visited. Rated high for a Wendy’s experience.

It's nine o'clock, they're open, but they don't let anybody eat inside.So if you want to eat inside, you can't, it won't take your order.You have to go through the drive thru

The fries are always fresh and hot. The burgers and drinks are better than the other burger places in the area. I'd choose tbis Wendy's before any other burger place while in Everett. Oh by the way, its fast too and that's great if you're on your lunch break.
The service at this Wendy’s is the worst I’ve ever seen. If you eat in, good luck being helped. You can stand in line for 15 minutes asking for help, yet the employees will not take your order. They fill uber eats orders, and drive thru orders that were placed ten minutes after you’ve been standing there before they will take your order. This is the third time this has happened. I go there on my lunch break, and have to order to go because you can’t place an order, wait for your food, and eat within a half hour. I wouldn’t recommend this location until they get new management.
