The staff’s attitude was terrible. Everyone seemed rude and unprofessional. This location seriously needs to consider hiring new people who actually care about customer service. Very disappointing experience.

Over the last month the Night Crew has been making the absolute best Wendy's I have had in years. The burgers are hot and juicy. Fresh friend. Friendly staff and almost never a wrong item. If there is, they fix it right away with a smile. This is an excellent Wendy's with great workers at night (I never make it here during the day to tell). Highly recommend especially if you want to taste Wendy's like it did in 1996! It brought back memories for me of going there with my family.
Excellent service ! I go there every day for my breakfast burrito , the manager there al ready know my exact order . It’s being a pleasure now to be served so fast , and fresh food ….

One of the longest running shadiest areas in Everett. I have no idea why the police have not cleaned up this area. That's not Wendy's fault, but was the only reason I deducted a star. It just never feels safe there. Otherwise, if you need to grab some tasty fast food on the go, that you usually can get a decent price on (using app discounts), try your luck!
