We stopped by Pho White Lotus and had a great meal! The Bún bò Huế was bold, spicy, and rich — very close to the authentic versions you’d find in Vietnam. The pork broken rice (cơm tấm) was flavorful with perfectly grilled pork and classic sides. Overall, this is a very authentic Vietnamese restaurant with solid portions and genuine taste.

Broth lacked excessively in flavor. I've had much better chicken pho. Although the people were employee that I dealt with was nice and the atmosphere was nice the broth sucked

I’m all about side-of-the-mall gems and White Lotus on Everett Mall Way delivers tofu vermicelli bowl zinged with crisp herbs tofu bánh mì that’s lemongrassy and toothsome taro bubble tea like a sweet orchid daydream the staff unbearably kind the vibe cozy plain and gently timeless

Love this place, perfect place to go on a rainy day. Big quantity of food with excellent quality. Pretty fast customer service, one of the gals will even remember your order even if you haven’t been there in months!

Food was good, place seemed clean but the lady serving was not interested in our service probably would prefer that we dont eat there. Thankfully there is plenty of great competition for Pho in our area

Tried a few items here and it is always fast, flavorful and a very calm and good atmosphere. My friend said he was going to show up and didn’t… good thing this place is bomb, was able to eat both soups no issue, followed by a 4 hour food coma😎

To be honest this was one of the worst place. Let’s start with the service I didn’t feel welcome, and server was rude with my kids and with all my family, second pho tasted like water no flavor at all. So sad that won’t care for their customer, I felt like if I’m not Asian I’m not welcome in this place. So sad they need to hire waitresses that do care for their customers.

very bad employee, she didn't want to serve a slice of lemon, she asked for 1 dollar everywhere I eat, I get as much lemon as I want, I lost my mouth for a slice of lemon, I really liked their restaurant

Food was decent. They are slow to clean tables so you might be dining around a bunch of dirty tables.

I came to order take out couple times but they never open on time.

Foods were great. Cozy restaurant. Nice service with very decent cost.
