Honestly, best wing stop I have ever been in. Really clean and quick service. The staff was really friendly and provided stellar service! Definitely going back soon.

Every time I go to this location I always have a horrible experience. Always so much attitude from employees and it is not necessary. I had a take out order and the girl with the red hair was so rude just because we asked for ranch & than we get no fries with our order even though we ordered a combo & she goes & says that, it’s not what we paid for. Like no need for the attitude she could of just asked if we wanted to add some since it did not come through as a combo. And because of that I will no longer be coming to this location & if she didn’t want to go into work should of called out because that attitude was not it.

I ordered online and the money was taken from my account. My order was canceled.Called them to ask what happened, they said there was no ticket made up for my order. I asked about getting refunded they said they didn’t take money from me. So they don’t owe me any money back. But it clearly shows Wingstop on my account. They did charge me for my order kept my money and canceled my order.

Went to this location around 2:15 pm Sep 29 to get an Uber Eats delivery order. Watched an employee knock a stack of drink cups over on to the dirty ground and then the lady working the register went over and put them back to be used. No telling what else these employees do when people aren’t paying attention. I understand things happen during the rush, but this is unacceptable.
The same lady was rude when I had been waiting for 10 minutes and asked about the orders again, she snapped at me telling me to wait and she’d let me know when the orders had been on the shelf for the past 5 minutes.

It's okay, it's just that sometimes there are too many people and the kids can't cope.
I placed an online order and drove an hour to pick it up and when I got there apparently their system showed that they don’t have an order under my name (and mind you I am a nurse and I was already late for work) So after they said that I had to drive all the way back to Marysville which was an hour due to the traffic. HUGE inconvenience

Heather is awesome! She moves nonstop with a great attitude and huge smile. It was my first time having wingstop and I will definitely be back! The store was extremely busy and Heather remained friendly, helpful and professional while expediting orders like a true pro! The food was great, I especially liked the Korean style wings. We ate at the restaurant, and again, I want to commend Heather (and all of the staff). While we were eating, we watched them cheerfully and efficiently serve a constant flow of customers. Our food was delicious, and despite being really busy, was served hot and quickly. We’ll definitely eat at wingstop again.
