Went here for lunch on a Monday. There was no wait when we arrive. Parking is plenty since they are on a small strip mall area.
The menu is listed on the ordering counter, I forgot to take a picture. They serve banh mi sandwiches, pho, vermicelli bowls etc. the spring roll, vermicelli with grilled pork and egg roll, and their pho was pretty good.
They have the water and tea station for you to grab your own. They have 2 high chair to use for kids. Food comes pretty quick, reasonable price and food was pretty good. Good place if you want something quick and taste good!

I ordered the lunch combo which included a banh mi sandwich, fresh spring rolls, and a drink for only $13. You can get lunch for that good of a price anywhere.

I had the BBQ pork banh mi with chicken spring rolls and an avocado smoothie.
My fiancé & I got 2 pork banh mi sandwiches & a mango boba tea - they were both so good!!! I took the cilantro & jalapeños off of mine just for personal preferences but I loved the sandwich. The service was also fantastic too, they gave us free hot chocolate while we were waiting & we probably spent 5 minutes tops waiting on everything. Would definitely recommend coming here :)
