Cafe 544 is always a favorite of ours. We tried to go this morning and sadly their hot water heater had just gone out, so we couldn’t. We ended up at a chain place in Bellingham and it reminded us how lucky we are to have such an incredible cafe in our town.
The food here is amazing the staff is friendly! We are spoiled!

Passing through the area we hit the drive through. While we waited for our order I was able to walk our dog around the area. Food was amazing and also the friendliest service. Would love to come here again and would definitely recommend.

Went there a few times. Realized that even at another restaurant in Everson, the town is not friendly and there are only nice to there own kind. Couldn't eat a bite with all the hateful looks. You have to explain to them that God is love. The flesh does not come in the present of God and we are all sinners saved by grace. I love Jesus and was not comfortable with the UNGODLY religious hate. Not ever returning and maybe they should actually read the Bible before they throw the book of love at me.

Very cute and small local diner, this place is fantastic. Not huge portions, which are nice, bit quality food cooked with love. About a 20 minute drive from Bellingham but worth the journey.
Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese, veggie soups and veggie burgers.
Parking: Large free parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: Kiddo menu with crayons
Wheelchair accessibility: First floor, easy access. Easy to move around.

To the guy who buys bacon for their dog. Do not eat! I was holding it in my hand when they took it back after messing up my order and they said they are planning on selling it to you. I assume you expect fresh bacon when you buy it and not leftovers from a random guy who was palming it.By the way the food was sub par at best. The sausage was the frozen kind you buy and microwave. You can tell by the grayish brown color it has.Staff does not listen at all and have attitudes when they mess up your order. They literally took the bacon out of my hand as my wife was saying we will pay for it and then was upset she ate a piece before they took it even with us wanting to keep it and paying for it.Then the waitress smirked when she said they didn't charge us for it. good job, you didn't charge us for something we didn't order.

Food was pretty average. Like an off brand Waffle House. Service was terrible, waitress doesn’t listen when you order, and when you tell her the order was wrong she gets an attitude and complains loudly to the cooks. We could hear them all complaining about us from our table, but they messed up our order? I had been in the industry for YEARS and never seen such horrible customer service. Pretty disappointed this place was such a let down as we’ve been looking for somewhere close for breakfast to have business meetings. Will not be back, absolutely appalled.

The food and service was phenomenal. I had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and there were even lumps in the potatoes, so you know they were real not reconstituted potatoes.
